The View and Pool. Sloth in the tree over the pool
Sofa broken, needed a facelift
The view was beautiful, The outside patio was comfortable. The location was great.
Restaurant directly accross our room was noisy in the evening. The fitted sheets were wore out and would not stay on the matress.
amazing view, beautiful veranda, good location
The view was wonderful! The rooms were confortable but a Little old.
The restrooms by the pool were awful and very dirty.
Poor security. Woke one night to find a man on our balcony who was able to enter the flat as the door didn't lock properly. The owner of our flat didn't take much care about maintenance and it was generally a bit grubby with some broken things.
dirty towels and bed linen, which were not changed for us when we checked in
it was amazing the location, view, comfortable everything was Great!
Nothing was bad........
The staff was right there to help and be of service to us.
We would of loved a room with a hammock but ours came with two chairs that for us were to high to get into. Next time will ask for a room with hammock as several had them.
Good value for location, wildlife, food. Monkeys, birds and raccoons made the site interesting.
Older facility. No mattress cover on bed...only a thin sheet. Difficult to get air flow in the room because of double glass doors.
Wonderful view over Manuel Antonio NP. Easy access to Manuel Antonio by local bus service (10 mins). Good choice of local restaurants especially Agua Azul next door. Supermarket and Bank next door as well.
Be aware that these are a collection of individually owned apartments which are not all managed by the Hotel staff.
The view from our room was nice, the decor in the room was good, the location was good.
The breakfast was low quality, and should have been free. The air conditioning was not adequate.
the view from the balcony is great (but no sunset on this side of the valley), supermarket next door
Our room (No. 5) was on the street side you can't close the window so you can't sleep well, the restaurant is really loud and people from the restaurant see on the terrace of the room (so no quite place). The hotel is way to much expansive for what it gives, no breakfast included!
The hotel was located in a good area close to many restaurants and close to quepos. Villa had and maxing view of the ocean.
Wasn't very impressed with the quality of the villa that we stayed in. I am told that they are individually owned and ours was outdated. The AC did not work very well and the toilet was not working properly. We reported the toilet issue on the 2nd day and no one fixed it the entire time we were there for 8 days. Lots of stairs to climb. The linen on the bed was old and didn't stay on. I would spend a little more for a better place next time.
The attached porch overlooking the ocean was a big plus for our room. It gave us an extra living area to hang out in and enjoy the nature around us.
Handy location for the park and excellent restaurants.
The hotel is a not the of 3 star. Plumbing old and rotting, the beds very uncomfortable, our 1st room given to us was not the category that we booked, the room was directly on the edge of the road which is very noisy, the terrace looked straight onto the deck of a very close and noisy restaurant, no privacy at all.
good location, beautiful view
power off a few times in the evening. air conditioner didn't work well.
The location was great located near restaurants and bars with great views. The rooms were clean, safe, clean linens & comfortable beds. The optional $5.00 per day breakfast was good too.
Too expensive for what you get. Had I shopped around more I could have found comparable hotels with lower rates. Checking-in was a task. The main office was locked and the desk clerk was nowhere to be found. After much searching we found her hanging out by the pool chit-chatting. Our room was right above the street, we could hear every car, truck and person walking by. Stay away from the street level rooms.
The room was very nice with an enclosed bedroom and an open air sitting room. Breakfast was pretty good; the hot chocolate they made was great. The staff were very accommodating.
The hotel is spread out on a steep hill. There are lots of steps and slopes to navigate.
Extremely noisy Room was smelling of fried food Beds very unconfortable Cleaning not at standard level Rate extremely high for the quality offered (150$/night)
Very nice room, spacious layout with kitchen, living room and bedroom. Nice ocean view, very comfortable.
Power went out several times.
The rooms are incredible. Spacious and so relaxing. The balcony with ocean views, hammock and table and chairs are breath taking. The kitchenette in the room was great for cooking meals and storing drinks. I would stay here again it was perfect.
The staff were not there for check in and check out. Had to look all over the grounds before we handed our keys to a gardener.
