A little out of the way from town, off a dirt road (but then again, a good portion of the area is dirt roads.)
The bed was thin, lumpy, and you can feel the springs. The air conditioning unit was directly above one of the beds, making that bed drafty. But you have to keep the air on pretty high, otherwise the room is warm, damp, and humid.
We asked the front desk for an extra towel the first night (they only left 3 for a 4 person reservation). The lady said someone would drop it off, but by the time we came back from dinner, we found out they never did and the office was already closed.
The toilet made a screechy noise after you flush.
The lady who checked us in informed us there was a buffet breakfast for $7/person. But on check out, a different guy said since we reserved through Booking.com, the breakfast is free. Breakfast is good only if free- includes toast, eggs, rice and beans, fruit, juice, coffee, tea. But would have been a rip-off at $7.
Has a pretty view of the volcano.
