Posizione e struttura molto bella dotata anche di campo da golf e di una spiaggia e baia stupenda

Pessimo lo staff , la pulizia e la mancanza di internet inoltre incomprensibile la continua mancanza di asciugamani da spiaggia.Arredamento della casa scadente.

The beach, the choice of rooms, we stayed in a villa which was a great choice for us. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for anything.

We found that the housekeeping staff were not quite on top of their jobs. Ours didn't leave enough towels at one point. And I don't think they cleaned the floors as good as they could have.

The beach, Diving center, Shower from the hotel was good

Reception(not helpfull), only 1 person behind the bar, Fridge in the room was leaking, Microwave was bad, They have to change some materials in the house. Childeren corner opened whenever they wanted.

Hotel staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The resort is a beautiful oasis in a really dumpy area of an island with a smelly oil refinery.

There you are in an artificially created oasis, on the beach and smelling an oil refinery the entire time. Curacao is very poor, decayed, and dirty. The wait staff at the Azura restaurant pretty much ignored us and the food was not great.

Location - proximity to Willemsted; Beach

Staff does not get a notion of "hospitality industry" - they just do their work, not very succesfuly, without much or sincere care you encounter at better run places. Elevator did not work full week, special requests were not met, small cheap things like power adapters are not available in quantities for all guests, not all fixings available (no ac in main room), battery in a door lock died (several back-n- forth to 4th floor without elevator to get it diagnosed / fixed), some other small things. Wish they cared.

we had a 2br, very nice, lots of space, very clean. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. This would be a great place for families to vacation. I would definitely return.

furniture in the living room area wasn't the most comfortable. Hotel and staff were very nice, restaurant staff not very attentive, service was slow.

The service at the beach bar was very slow and the staff spent little time serving and more time on the computerised till, often in groups of three people at once. Obviously more staff training required. Staff were not particularly friendly and did not honour the prices during the Happy Hour using much reduced measures and charging full price.

Deposit of 250 dollars on arriving threw me off. You get it back in the end but it is alot of money

Comfort of the bed was terrible and so was the pillows. So even for the affordable price i think they still could do it better in this matter.

O hotel fica bem localizado, a uns 15 minutos de carro de Otrobanda e Punda e com uma belíssima praia privativa, além de piscina. Como os hotéis em Curaçao não costumam incluir café da manhã, o fato do apartamento ter uma cozinha completa foi excelente - tomar café na varanda do quarto com vista para o mar e campo de golfe é sensacional. Recomendo alugar carro para quem quiser explorar as várias e belíssimas praias da ilha, que ficam distantes até 45 minutos do hotel. A sinalização nas vias não é boa, mas com um pouco de prática dá pra se virar.

The suite was spacious and well appointed. A lovely terrace-balcony provided a comfortable place to read and relax.

Occasionally there was a bit of smell from the refinery in Curacao

I really enjoyed the extensive variety of flora on the premises. Lots of trees, plants, and local bushes. Specially the ones that had flowers in bloom.

I was given an appartment that clearly had not been inspected & aired out properly. A strong, unpleasant smell of cesspool hung in the bathroom, which kept me from sleeping the entire night, even after placing self-bought airfresheners. The airconditioning spewed out chunks of ice in the middle of the night. I guess it was in need of servicing. Its airfilters were filthy. After reporting this to the front-desk I I got assigned another appartement. The AC-unit in the masterbedroom blew only hot air, the AC-unit in the second large bedroom cooled a bit better after being turned on for a good while. The only properly functional AC was in the small bedroom with separate beds. All 3 AC-units however were filthy. The kitchen did not have all its facilities/kitchen tools. The fridge produced water causing waterpools on its shelves. The dishwasher omitted a stale smell upon first use. Also, apparently the balcony was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival, because there was a lot of dust. Upon check-out, I reported the main deficiency to the front-desk. Honestly, I think it was handled in a rather poor matter. It would have been nice and proper if the receptionist offered some type of accomodation or compensation for the unpleasantries and apparent lack of attention with regard to the maintenance.

The European layout of the hotel accommodations were refreshing and very nice. I especially liked the design of the villas, including the glass- panelled walls to contain the air conditioning. Also, trying to find beach chairs was never an issue, and we loved the floating tanning bed!

The hotel accommodations were nice, the beach was nice and the pools were also enjoyable. Still, there is one area of improvement: staff management. It seemed like the employees lacked the professionalism I am accustomed to. For example, I did not expect to have to go searching for a bartender during the day. Our maid also left another apartment's key in our room, which is a huge security concern. If the hotel could spend a little more time training its employees, I think I would consider staying there again.

The apartment as such was nice, the beach was nice and the golf course was nice and conveniently close by.

The staff is completely indifferent to the client's needs. We did not get the unit we had booked (we got a 1 bedroom instead of 2 bedrooms) and when we raised the issue we got a song about rates. Not our problem! The a/c units were leaking water badly, the service at the beach restaurant was horrendous and the housekeeping staff showed up a day late. Overall we will not return.

Very nice apartment at a reasonable price. Overall a very nice stay and would do it again.

Had some problems with on sight laundry, but minor issue.

O apartamento é excelente, bem grande, equipado com todo o necessário para passar bem: cozinhar, comer, receber pessoas que você possa conhecer na viagem, relaxar da varanda olhando o mar. Local super seguro, condomínio com portaria, praia particular (artificial) muito bonita, serviços muito bons, aluguel de equipamento de mergulho, massagem, bar. Local no meio entre as melhores praias e o Centro da cidade, necessário alugar carro para estar aqui.

Nos deram informações erradas sobre o preço do café da manhã, falaram 2 doláres e cobraram 18. Restaurante do hotel, não é bom.

Apartamentos muito bem equipados e confortáveis.

O unico defeito do Resort é não ter Internet Wi-fi de graça. Eles vendem um cartão wi-fi por 25 dólares a semana e a internt é muito ruim. Um Resort deste porte não ter wi-fi de qualidade e liberada para os hóspedes nao da para entender.

Toegangcontrole ressort vaak te lang wachten, vaak rioollucht in badkamer geen free internet zowel wifi als LAN. Geen LAN aansluiting 2kamer appartementen, laag meubilair terras.
