Best food on the island, at the "American Sea grill" Best luxury resortr on the island, not *perfect* but as near you will come on Curaco. For the money , only _USD 259, its very much value - well worht 8-900 USD. Stayed 2 times. VERY satisfied.

The facilities are great and many things to do in the hotel The breakfast is awesome

The staff is too slow. We reserved two rooms with king beds each and they gave us rooms with tow small beds in each room claiming that if we (two couples) wanted to be in the same side of the hotel it wouldn't be with king beds. They even told us that we reserved different types of rooms. After almost 45 minutes at the front desk doing the check in we arrived to our room and it wasn't cleaned so they changed us to another room saying that it was going to be an upgraded room. The only upgrade was been closer to the elevator. The air conditioner of the room wasn't working properly but for two days we didn't want to waste time complaining and changing rooms again. The next day we had to call three times asking for shower soap because they didn't put a new one during the morning cleanup. The towels at the room are like old towels with a lot of usage and not spongy like usually Hyatt towels are. At least they seemed very clean.

La vista del hotel

Es bello y las instalaciones son impecables. El personal es super atento y cortés (todos sin excepción) No hay problemas para comunicarte, ya que todos hablan ingles y español. Si te quieres desconectar del mundo e ir a un lugar donde nadie te perturbe, el Hyatt es el lugar perfecto. No olvides rentar un carro si vas para allá y quieres salir, porque lo necesitaras.

El hotel realmente queda muy muy muy lejos de todo lo que es la vida turística de Curacao, por lo que es un factor que se debe tomar en cuenta al elegirlo.

Het feit dat we boven op de kamerprijs nog 14% service fee moesten betalen vind ik zeer onredelijk. Dat hoort in de prijs te zitten. Zo spiegel je de klant een verkeerde kamerprijs door. Hoort niet te kunnen.

Se encuentra apartado de todo en una exclusiva zona de la isla dentro de una plantación privada. La playa privada, espectacular, una bañera de agua caliente y arena blanca. Relax total y la atención, inmejorable.

O hotel e sensacional, oferece um padrão altíssimo, infelizmente na minha estadia em Curacao, optei por mudar de hotel devido a localização do Hiatty ser um pouco afastada, foi a maior burada, pois apesar do hotel ser afastado ele e sensacional. Como sugestão aconselho locar um carro, pois o hotel fica um pouco longe e pegar um gps, mas nao deixe de ficar lá pela distancia, vc nao ira se arrepender.

Nada, o hotel e excelente

Serviço deveria ser melhor, atendendo ao tipo. Hotel que é. é imperdoável a falta do room serviçe durante as 24 horas do dia. Precisei de tomar um medicamento a uma da madrugada e não tinha água no quarto, pedi na recepção e não tinham, fui obrigado a tomar o comprimido com água da torneira. Muito mau.

Na 22.30 was er geen drankje of snack meer te krijgen; ook de minibar was leeg, zelfs geen flesje water op de kamer. Dit misten we erg na een lange bijeenkomst 'avonds.

Debe mejorar los restaurantes urgentemente....porque cerca no hay alternativa de un buen restaurant Creo que el cobro de la coneccion a internet esta fuera de orden....en cualquier sitio hoteles, cafes, aeropuertos etc es gratis.

Las instalaciones y el diseno del hotel son buenos

Ficamos uma semana. Tudo estava espetacular, até mudança da atendente do service room (restaurante), muito mal humorada e sem boa vontade. Com excessão disso tudo foi muito prazeroso. Parabéns a nelmar pelo atendimento.

O hotel é bem bonito e elegante. Tem bons restaurantes e bom atendimento. Recomendo para quem gosta de estar no hotel e aproveitar os seus serviços.

O hotel fica muito longe das praias mais bonitas da ilha (entre 45 min e 1 hora) e do centro histórico (30 min).

El Personal del hotel es muy educado y siempre servicial. La especial atención del personal del hotel a las necesidades de los huespedes. Instalaciones impecables. Brinda todas las comodidades que un huesped busca para el disfrute de sus vacaciones.

Uno de los días de la estadía pedimos desayuno, el cual nunca llegó. El personal luego nos pidió disculpas, pero lo ideal era que eso no sucediera. Otro día notamos que el pasillo frente a nuestra puerta estaba un poco sucio, esperando que lo limpiaran, cosa que no ocurrió.

El hotel es hermosoo, es un paraiso. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Las instalaciones son excelentes en todo, golf, marina, piscinas etc. Los restaurantes muy caros y con comida regular , y servicio en los restaurantes desastrosos

Los restaurantes son caros y el servico pesimo. Al ser un resort muy retirado de la ciudad (aprox 45 min) requiere un servicio de taxis o transporte confiable desde y al hotel verificados por el hotel. Considero la mayor falla de este resort es que los taxis hasta alli son carisimos, con tarifas que el conductor varia a su antojo . En mi caso ademas agrego que me parecio peligroso pues dimos con un conductor agresivo y amenzante cuando señale que preferiria no montarme en su vehciculo en el hotel.En este sentido el hotel ayuda muy poco y parece que el sistema lo controlan los choferes sin ninguna injerencia del hotel.

Me gustó la atención y la solución al problema que se me presentó a la llegada debido a que me informaron que booking no había hecho la reservación, sin embargo al mostrarles la confirmación me respetaron los términos previa espera y consulta con el gerente.

It´s a wonderful place where you really feel comfortable. There are everything you need and people who work there are nice, friendly and always ready to help you.

I didnt like very much 2 things actually. One of them was the house keeping (not so good) and the Dive Shop (the most expensive of the island and not interested on what you really want/need to do/diving. I had my diving ruined due to a terrible equipment that I rented. So, I preferred the diving shops on the island, for example, on Porto Mari beach. Very friendly and much better equipment quality (and much more affordable).
