Plaza Hotel Curacao & Casino  

very economic, in the heart of the city and close to restaurants, movies etc. Has a very nice restaurant, car rental facilities and some guest activities.

Hotel is old and has not been maintained as should be. Renovation or repair has been skipped for patch work. Staff can only do so much.

Restaurant and house keeping staff were pleasant unlike some at the front desk, the pool was ok, the location was ideal for my purpose

As mentioned the staff at front desk was not very attentive, too little towels, very small shower , the general building needs an upgrade

It is at the best location

I did not like your service, the price was usd 140 a night and was not worth it, the beds was horrible, the shower was terrible, the check in clerks was not friendly and the food at the restaurant was not good at all. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

The sound of the AC did not let us sleep, we tried changing room and the staff was nice enough to let us see 4 more rooms in different floors, but the situation was no better. Also, we had no water the next morning due to the fact that our room was on the 12th floor and there was no pressure!

I liked the hospitality

We liked that it was in the heart of Willemstad which made access to restaurants and shopping very easy. Staff was friendly, efficient.

Didn't like that on two occasions the room was cleaned but no towels were replaced. Small inconvenience.

The location, seeing cruiseships leaving, the bar and happy hour was nice.

Having to give your key when leaving. Also service at front desk is nice and friendly, but just very slow.

Nothing. 20 years this was a beautiful hotel now it has lost its charms and you still pay alot of money for a room. Breakfast is 15 dollars and not worth it. The lock on the door is not safe.

The Casino was good and staff here friendly the Hotel was awful

The Hotel was very very bad, smelt of mould and the rooms were poorly equipped for instance only one broken hanger in wardrobe, hair dryer wired into the top of wardrobe so difficult to use. Bath towels hardly large enough and no handtowels at all. Whole experience was a nightmare - never will stay ever again.

I did not like the customer service at the front desk, I myself as a customer service consultant knows exactly how guests' are suppose to be treated and maybe your staff needs some classes on customer service to make others stay more enjoyable but I won't be visiting your hotel no time in the near future.

It was a very nice building at a great location, but the amenities in the room left much to be desired. Despite repeated requests, we could not get simple things like hand towels and bath mats, and we had to go out to buy our own soap.The room.was made up very late in the day but it was not properly cleaned and smelled like mildew. The hotel charged us us$20 per day to rent a small fridge, on the pretense that they were upgrading us. With the exception of two young ladies at the front desk, the service was terrible, and we did not hear from a supervisor despite our several complaints. It appeared there was no one in charge. After four days of frustration, we felt we were being overcharged and we were forced to cut short our stay there, and move to another hotel. We were extremely disappointed the Plaza and would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. No wonder they had so few guests .

It was beautiful, welcoming and very homey. It also had easy access to a lot of different attractions. I liked the convience of everything.

The staff was friendly and the hotel is in the city and in walking distance to shops and cafe's/ restaurants.

The hotel is very old, towels are of poor quality, doors don't close well and to expensive for what i paid for.

The old design is attractive and the public areas still ressemble part of one time great hotel. The pool and sunset view is really nice.

Excepting for Mickael from the restaurant, the rest of the personnel was not really good; in fact; the night receptionist was unfriendly and did not care about us. The food was awfull...

This hotel has a very good location in Punda...

Staff were lazy and bad tempered...

location was great, rooms were dated, but the rooms were large and clean

Some staff were not the quickest in the world...but hey, we were in the easy-going Carribean :)

La atencion del personal, mala. Por donde se lo mire. Llegamos mas tarde de lo previsto por demoras en los vuelos. Nuestra reserva no FIGURABA...para quien estaba el frente de recepcion. No quisieron cobrar la habitacion nuevamente. No tenia acceso al sistema para verificar la reserva. Nos tuvieron una hora (1 hora) en recepcion. No solucionaron nada. Nos dieron las llaves del cuarto porque no tenian forma de solucionar nada.no entregaron las llaves y nos nos brindaron una sola informacion sobre, desayuno...sobre nada! Al dia siguiente fuimos a preguntar la situacion de la reserva; sabiamos que estamos nosotros en lo cierto. Solo nos dijeron que estaba todo bien. Ni siquiera una misera disculpa. Nada de nada. Muchisima mala predisposicion en el hotel parece que todos estan demotivados, desganados. Una pena, el abandono edilicio del hotel
