La posizione dell'Hotel

il personale assolutamente impreparato. Dovevo inviare una cartolina mi hanno detto che dovevo andare alle poste.

The location is perfect if you want to shopping. It's close to everything.

The hotel is old, the breakfast is not included and there is not parking lot.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well located if one wish to shop. I will stay there again.

Center of town location

No hot water in bathroom sink. Shower head was broken off. Ceiling in bathroom has major water damage. Room and bed size are small.

The Location is good

Breakfast is a little bit poor .... when I arrived to the breakfast room around am, was only left Bread and ham, some coffe and that was all..

Great central in location in downtown area - Punda, great value for money, very clean and decent sized room, especially for the price. I would return. Nice, friendly staff.

It took a while to get my full refund back from my cancelled reservation from the prior weekend. Minor hiccup, but they promptly refunded the balance due when I asked in person.

Good price for what it is

I felt like i was back in pet k, when i walk into the cafeteria looks like a standard continental breakfast, but not a lady command me to sit down and for 3 days gave us same meal; ham and chesse with two toast.

Very helpfully staff, nice breakfast area, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, the location of the hotel is ideal, they have ice in each floor, Internet is free.

The casino is a rip off, the cashiers give you Florine's for dollars without asking for the exchange.

The proximity to the city, shopping areas, food establishment, waterfront and bus park were a positiives. It was also quiet

everything...it was the worst chice ever... i have travelled all over the world but this hotel is among the top 3 worst hotels ever dirty, old, noisy, not helpful stuff (NOT AT ALL), problems with the internet, poor breakfast, problems with the pluming, with the bathroom, with everything..

Atendimento, custo beneficio,bom espaço e iluminado, localizado proximos a bares, restaurantes e compras...otimo.

Manutencao do chuveiro, demorou 2 dias

A localização é excelente. Hotel simples, porém bem limpo e aconchegante.

A falta de estacionamento. (porém existe lugares para parar o carro bem pertinho, pagando zona azul) Não foi um problema muito grande.

Las habitaciones muy comodas. Cerca de las tiendas para realizar compras. Me parecio bueno.

Por ser la reserva por Booking el desayuno no estaba incluido.

Excelente ubicación, muchos locales cerca, restaurantes, buen precio, buena higiene, buen trato del equipo en recepción. Curacao es un lindo lugar para pasar unos 3 o 4 días. No más.

Habitación muy pequeña, no venden nada en el hotel (Bebidas, comidas, etc.)

El servicio y la atención son buenos, aunque en los días que estuve,nunca me recordaron que tenia desayuno incluido, pero por lo demás lo recomiendo super. Quede muy enamorada de la isla, de su gente, de sus playas, de su comida, tanto que,pienso volver si es posible este mismo año

Que no pude disfrutar del desayuno incluido pues no lo recordé y ellos tampoco lo mencionaron y que tuve que ir a pedir el control del tv, pues tampoco me lo dieron.

La atención y servicio en el Hotel fue muy buena

Seria bueno que ustedes ofrecieran los mismos beneficios que ofrece el Hotel, porque el Hospedaje incluye el desayuno y al comprar con Booking.com no disfruté del desayuno.

Excelente ubicación, atención, y habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Lo recomiendo

- la décoration de l'hôtel est magnifique, elle est très artistique aux tons chauds - la sécurité d'accès - son emplacement : situé au centre ville, on a accès facilement à tous les lieux intéréssants - la salle de petit déjeuner très chaleureuse avec un bon petit déjeuner, personnel sympathique

- petit déjeuner, quoique bon, n'est pas assez varié. Il manque des fruits frais.

Me encantó el hotel lo recomiendo y volvería una y muchas veces

Debería haber una nevera de oficina en todas las habitaciones
