Excellent Staff-- good location-- Food fair, value for money--- drinks moderate but good range of choices -- all inclusive represents the best deals.

Wifi would ve been better for FREE... but u can use Casino wifi for free though connection is not stable.. House-keeping must replace soap bar!!

Sometimes wait too long for service in restaurant and stairs and walkway to room was dirty. Staff need to have more info on the island as some did not know much.

Good food in restaurants and breakfasts was very good. High standard to be all inclusive. Very Nice view of the ocean from the room. Tenniscourts.

Partly bad service in restaurants, during meals and breakfast. Some grumpy/ tired waiters. Rooms old, with malfunction on telephone, safe, hall lighting and leakage from the bathroom above during the stay.

The staff was amazing. The Beach was Beautiful. The restaurants had the best food fro dinner. I have been to several other Caribbean Islands and this one was by far the safest, no one bothers you on the beach, when traveling downtown no one is harassing you. Its just a very clean, friendly place to visit

Buffet food was not the best and breakfast was the only meal that had labels. Housekeeping for the rooms needed a little more attention to detail When we entered our room the bathroom was not cleaned(dirty towels, used soap)It was taken care of immediately - we did have to ask to have the fridge re stocked, and it was only filled when we asked. We almost ran out of toilet paper one night and the tissue box was empty and never replaced

Upgraded to the preferred club on arrival and stayed in room 7122 which had an ocean view. The staff were so friendly and the service was brilliant. Choice of 5 restaurants offering a la carte service. Free water activities such as paddle boards, kayaks and use of snorkelling equipment.

Can't think of anything that we really didn't like. If I had to be really really picky the pressure of the shower could have been better. But I'm being really picky.

Lovely beach and pools. Delicious food. Polite staff.

Upgrade wasn't worth it. WiFi should work in the rooms

Beautiful private beach, great snorkeling on the spot, very friendly staff, spacious, clean room, excellent location. Very nice place altogether.

Constant problem with the pipes so the bathroom very often smelled quite bad. Food could have been better, but of course it's also a question of taste.

    Beach was nice.

So many things need to be fixed. The furniture was nice in the room but the tile "which covered everything" looked like it was from the 60's. We had a couple of issues which were fixed within minutes by the maintenance staff. The rest of the staff was possibly the least responsive staff we have ever experienced. 90 percent of the staff literally looks at you like you are a inconvenience every time you make eye contact.

It is a perfect place for families with kids. Food and beverage included in room price is very beneficial for families. Very good entertainment at pool area.

The room where I stayed was not nice nor clean. Bathroom was too small and old fashioned.

The staff is Excellent (everyone) and I particularly praise Luisa (front desk) for her commitment to REAL customer service. Value for money is good. Food is good for an all-inclusive resort. The hotel rooms are nice. I would recommend Sunscape Curacao Resort Spa & Casino to anyone visiting Curacao. Advertises Free Wi-Fi and there was none. Its $15 dollars a day and one could only make use of it in the lobby area. Wi-Fi is not available in the premises. The A/C unit in room 2210 wasn't working properly. Saw a couple of Cockroaches running about in the main dining room.

The entertainment staff was amazing. Food was pretty good for an all-inclusive. The hotel had nice rooms but if you are a time share member your stay will be much nicer. Their rooms are almost 5 star while the average room is 3 star. I would have paid for an upgraded room but it appeared they were specifically reserved for time share members. The island is amazing. It was extremely safe, my girlfriend and I went into town several time via local bus and never had an issue.

The beach was man-made and very rough. Would like to have been able to buy an upgraded room reserved for time-share guests.

What a value the most is the safety feeling. Close access to beach and facilities makes feel secure specially with a small baby. Personnel at restaurants is just amazing.

This is my second time and I do not why quality of staff is pretty inconsistent. While people at restaurants and bars is just amazing great, people at reception and room service portray exactly the opposite. Slow service at dinner particularly in the Italian restaurant. Poor offering of fresh fish and see food overall

    Service and all inclusive

Too big and too many people. We just like smaller places.
