The people at the hotel were really nice and is very close to the historic center. The building is and old Monastey, remodeled very nice! The pool area is small.

The fact that it is a converted historic building One female member of the reception staff does not have the right attitude to work in the hospitality industry.

The room was full of ants in one area when we checked in . this was sprayed but the following day a dead cockroach turned up no doubt killed by the spray for the ants .. The bathroom was triangular with the shower having an opening of about 30 inches tapering down to less than 12 inches you have to step out of the shower to soap your skin and do not be too large or you will not be able to get into it in the first place .. one soap dispenser in the shower enclosure .... no separate soap for the sink . we stayed in room #1 and were told that the hotel was full so we could not get another room although we saw very few other guests ... if you must stay there make sure it is not Room #1

Nice place, beautiful renovated. Good services like free wifi and pc, nice welcome drink, free bathing towel! Really enjoyed my stay! Can't recall anything!

The location close to Dusseldorf Airport That the free transfer is not running 24 hours! That should be emphasized and it should at least be extended. Besides that, there is an additional fee for everything

It's a nice small hotel with a great location. Shops, restaurants and bars are on walking distance. The hotel also has a great little restaurant and nice bar with live music. The breakfast looked a bit small. We decided we weren't gonna pay 15 dollars for a small breakfast. For the same price you can eat out and get a complete breakfast.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, zeer goede bedden, kleine kamers maar goed schoongemaakt! De prijs van het ontbijt is naar verhouding erg prijzig.

Su ubicación. Muy buena. La falta de limpieza. Hemos estado 10 noches en el hotel y nunca han cambiado las sábanas ni han limpiado la habitación. Otro aspecto negativo que quiero remarcar es la falta de voluntad y de predisposición en el personal Holandes del hotel, no puede ser que no sepan una palabra en español. O se hacían los que no entendían?

la amabilidad de los empleados y su eficacia.la belleza del edificio ,el calma y su ubicacion los muebles en la habitacion porque son muchos e inutiles ya que la habitacion es pequena;el sillon por ejemplo ocupa mucho espacio; El desayuno cuesta 15 dolares y no hay casi nada de comer y si llegas tarde ya no hay...

Een prima verzorgd hotel, goed gelegen. Het personeel bij het ontbijt en in het restaurant geven de personal touch. De receptie is vriendelijk maar wat onpersoonlijk.

Geweldig hotel! Locatie centraal. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Prachtige binnentuin, mooi hotel en erg knus. Personeel zeer service gericht. We zullen dit aan iedereen aanbevelen!

Hotel limpo, bonito, aconchegante e seus funcionários são muito cordiais. Adorei. Voltarei e lá ficarei. A água para banho não sai gelada, acho que é por que a cidade é muito quente. E o ar acaba não dando tanta vazão. Mas funciona bem e a noite fica geladinho.

Le charme et l'originalité d'un ancien monastère recyclé et rénové avec goût en respectant l'authenticité architecturale du lieu et rappelant son histoire. Une véritable oasis à Willemstad ! Mention spéciale pour Madame Astrid, un beau personnage en charge du petit déjeuner, une véritable Maman pour tous, sourire et énergie compris ! très bonne formule pour éviter les grands hôtels impersonnels. Rien à dire ...
