at night walking to the hotel can seem a little sketchy if your unfamiliar with the area.

Cold water showers. For this price you'd expect at least warm water!

room smelled of chemicals, my lungs are still messed up. noise from drunk stundents (girls) above my room at 1:30 a.m. no soap or shampoo 1 - sheet, no blanket painted cement floors bright light shinny in room at night from court yard, hard to sleep...

The room was quite big and the cleanliness ok. The kitchen facilities helped a lot.

The neighborhood is not that good at night. Its walking distance from town, but I felt unsafe to get there by feet

This is an excellent spot. We loved it. The location is easily walkable to the main city attractions and quiet. The staff is super-friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed having our own kitchen facilities, which were adequately appointed and worked well. The place is spotless, low-key, and filled with interesting contemporary sculpture. The rooms are simple and comfortable. There is ample, off-street, secure parking, and excellent security. While this would not be described as a luxury hotel, we found it a most enjoyable and pleasing place to stay, a few minutes walk from downtown and the floating market, shops and restaurants, yet protected from the daily deluge of cruise ship tourists. It's a converted former ice cream factory with very interesting architectural features. Sharon, the General Manager, is a delight and generously shared her wealth of information on the area. (FYI, purchase a good map of the island and the city before you arrive, because they are frequently unavailable there.)

Well located in the old town, not far from Punda and Otrobanda, wich are in a walkable distance from Ritz. The rooms has a well equiped kitchen, with stove, minibar, kettle, pans, cuttelary, etc.

The room itself has sealed windows, that gives it an "enclosured place's" smell that sufoccates you. The ac is noysily, impossible to sleep with it turned on. There is no hot water in the hotel, be prepared for a cold shower. No breakfast provided, even under payement. The hotel has a Bistro inside, but the breakfast there is too much expensive for the hotel standardts. Standards.

It was a wonderful hotel. I thought it was going to be a much more simple hotel but I was surprised to see all the facilities and comfort. It was really clean, it has its own style and the rooms are spacious. Great value for money!!!

The nightly rate was a bit of a shock after travelling through Europe, but seemed reasonable for Curacao/Willemsatd.

During rainshowers water seeped into the room, so you are completely surprised to get wet feet when you step out of your bed. Instable WiFi, which is very annoying especially since the accomodation has been selected because of the said available WiFi

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, centrally located - short walk to the city, reasonable rates.

No TV, few amenities, rooms are a little spartan, there was no gym although they advertised as such on their website.

The rooms are clean and the internet facilities very good. Option for late checkout without additional costs was given. Relaxed atmosphere around the hotel but not located too far from the city center.

There was no television in the room available and on a Sunday finding food close by is very difficult.

it was a very nice studio,with all the facilities included!the staff is very friendly,nice and always helpfull and very involucrated in everything!to every question that you have they have an answer or suggestions to give!it was one of the best place were we stayed and we are a couple that travel a lot!we would recomend to everyone this place if you decide to go to curacao!

The location was right across the bridge from Punda, on our walk to the city we would stop and get the cheapest beer on the island cross over a short bridge and off to the right was the floating market. Walking to Otrabanda took 5 minutes. shops, bars and restaurants were all close. The room had AC, free wi-fi, a stove range, refrigerator and even a microwave. Reminded me of a studio apartment. Even had a couch. Great place, would definitely stay there again...

The amenities on the property were still being built, fitness center was closed and they were increasing the size of the mini market, that was also closed.

Sharon at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room had no view but the high ceilings and skylights made the room feel airy and light. We enjoyed the idea of staying in a former ice cream factory. Great location -- quiet but easy walking distance to floating market and other Willemstad sights.

We wished it had a garden or some other place to hang out.
