Extremely friendly, professional and helpful staff. Excellent chef and restaurant. Comfortable beds. Clean room. 15-20 min walk to city center, thus no need for car. Waterfront. Perfect for divers.

No screens on windows, thus must use a/c. Standard rooms are plain and dreary looking.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially recommending dive sights. All the scuba equipment we needed was available for rental for the week, and at a very reasonable price. A farmer's breakfast consisting of bread, meat and cheese was served to us daily beachside and was delicious, as was the Christmas dinner. The room was simple yet comfortable and the whole place felt safe and secure. There was a security guard on duty every night who was also quite friendly and helpful, and the place has a policy that guests leave their keys on a board when they leave so the staff knows who's there and who isn't - seemed a little like dorm living at first, but it was a perfectly decent system that helps keep guests accounted for, another bonus of staying at a small "boutique" hotel - the staff gets to know the guests. Walking distance from downtown Willemstad and an old fort with nice restaurants. And the very best part - the adorable and friendly kitten who lives there, Coco!

Never having been to the island before, we chose a place that was close to the city, but now having been there more or less primarily to dive, we found that staying close to the city wasn't necessary, as we really only spent one day in the city. The best dive sights were on the west side of the island and required a great deal of driving to get there from the Scuba Lodge. If we were to go back to Curacao, we would probably stay at a place closer to the dive sights on the west side of the island.

The staff is very nice!!!! The rooms are small but confortable and it is the perfect place to dive, they have all the equipment and all the facilities to do so. The view to the beach is beautiful and the location is very good because is 10 minutes away from downtown.

There was sand on the floor of the room

Nice and clean rooms with both fan and air condition. Very nice bathrooms with big shower. Good that there is a safe and a small fridge where you can put your own groceries and drinks. The security guy, Jimmy, is lovely! So friendly and happy, he really made us feel safe. Walking distance (about 10 minutes) to supermarket, bus station and city center. Nice sea front restaurant with an excellent view (beautiful sunsets!) and two nice pools. Good snorkelling gear! When we arrived we got a very warm welcome with friendly people and a cold drink, really nice! Coco (the housecat) is adorable, a lovely detail that made us feel very much at home. Free internet in the reception.

A lot of staff! New people every day, and sometimes one did not know what the other one was doing, for example mixing up restaurant receipts. Some of the staff doesn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about the island and what it has to offer, such as museums, airport taxes to Aruba and other important things that tourists might be interested in. For example we were told that there was practically no bus services on Sundays, but there was (minivans - highly recommended!). No airport shuttle to and from the hotel, and when we took a taxi (that the hotel had arranged), we were charged more than it is supposed to cost.

Fantastic, friendly and attentive staff. Great location with amazing renovations - rooms,apartments and pool areas amazing. Close to amenities and main tourist sites.

Loved everything about it!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. You can always count on them for anything you need. Especially ms.Hermien, she's very,very kind and also beautyfull. The location is excellent [blue water ocean] and the apartment is fantastic, always clean and nice. The maids are also very nice and friendly.

The Scuba Lodge was a great small little boutique hotel; the staff was wonderful, so helpful and accommodating. The location was in Willemstad and had beautiful ocean views. Our room was a nice size, clean, and simple. It was the perfect place for me and my husband to stay. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff (specially thanx to Bob). If you are first time to Curacao, staff will tell you about all major places and things to do (with detailed map and other brochures about the city). And also will help you with a rent-a-car (which is must on the island and quite cheap). Really nice place to stay.

Very nice spot, ongoing developement of the area (construction works in the neighborhood as well, but no noise). Friendly and familiar atmosphere. Small menu, good food quality. Not cheap, but definitely worth the price.

Eu não tenho nada para reclamar, gostei de tudo. Mas quem dá maior atenção a luxuosidade e formalidade, pode não combinar com o local.

Ontspannen sfeer. Gezellig personeel. Prima kamer. Huur van duikapparatuur is gemakkelijk en netjes geprijsd. Goede duikinstructeur. Oefenduiken in zwembad is voor beginnende duikers handig. Diners waren van voldoende kwaliteit. Ligging hotel is prima.

Ontbijt is matig. Origineel verpakt, maar inhoud is matig. Elke dag hagelslag, pindakaas, versuikerde honing en dezelfde drie broodjes verveelt snel.

mooie kamer, die goed schoongemaakt wordt. Prachtige locatie met zwembaden.

Vriendelijk personeel, maar is nogal speels. Er is geen structuur in de bediening, waardoor slordige fouten worden gemaakt.

A localização é excelente, super perto do centro turístico e da night Bermuda. Wi-fi livre no hotel / quarto, os funcionários são super atenciosos, inclusive teve um dia em que chegamos famintos quase meia noite e uma delas foi para cozinha fazer algo para jantarmos.

O hotel precisa colocar black out na porta / janela dos quartos. Sempre acordávamos muito cedo por causa do sol. Se possível solicite reserva nos quartos do primeiro andar.

De ontvangst was buitengewoon aardig met meteen een drankje erbij. Twee meisjes brachten onze koffers voor ons naar de kamers, eenhoog! Enthousiast personeel, verrassend leuk ontbijt, kamers uitstekend met goed linnen, 2 goede kussens pp, airco die prima werkte, douche-items erbij. Op een vraag werd direct gereageerd en opgelost. Heerlijk infinity zwembad met terras om de zonsondergang te kunnen zien. Dineren met voetjes in het zand en fakkels naast je voor een romantisch element.

Ótimas acomodações e um atendimento muito bom por parte de todos os funcionários. A localização é perfeita, pois fica na parte Central, próximo aos restaurantes e lojas.

Não houve qualquer ponto negativo.

Funcionarios muito atenciosos Recomendo fortemente. Apesar de pago, o cafe da manha eh otimo. A infra que eles tem para mergulho eh excelente. Piscina com vista para o mar. Otimo custo x beneficio

Unser Appartement für 6 Personen war umwerfend: Einrichtung modernes Design vom Feinsten.Große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Fantastisch ! Das sehr junge Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt.

Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk, enthousiast team. Ontbijt was heerlijk, 6-persoons appartement is geweldig! Voor advies, reserveringen en tips staat het personeel altijd klaar. Persoonlijke benadering was erg prettig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
