Közel a strand, üzletek, piac,a belváros, relative csendes forgalommentes utcában van és legalább egy fő van a portán aki nyelveket is beszél és ciprusi !

Műszakilag nincs karbantartva az apartman: 1. láthatóan évek óta törött a wc ülöke. 2.Minden szekrény zsanérja lóg, ajtajai nem csukódnak,hasonlóan a hütöszekrényhez ! A fürdö borotválkozó konektor nem müködik ! Bár rendszeres a takaritás a szoba kölábazatára évek óta rákent falfesték ott csufoskodik ! 201. Apt

A leírásban megadottak nem egészen fedik a valóságot.

Equipped with old furniture, towels changed every third day and washed with poor detergent. Hotel doesn't smell nice. It is very very noisy during the night.

The locatıon is spot*on for Larnaca,centrally located for beach,shops and main promenade and ofcourse macdonalds restaurant.

There was no view as such from the balcony,just the gıgantıc extractor fan for the above restaurant,but ıt was ok cos ıt was so near to the sea ıt was far easier to go and sıt outsıde numerous bars.

Price was perfect, also staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel is located behind big noisy air-conditioning (McDonald's) so it was hard to sleep there. Maybe it was partly my fault but i didn't noticed if hotel has air-conditioning...they told us that if we want air condition, we have to pay aditional 5 eur per night. But anyway, for the price it was good.

We don't have every day room cleaning,towel change,internet access.we didn't have shampoo in the bath.

It' s really in the heart of the city and a good solution for people who cannot afford a more expensive hotel. A good value for money with very spacious rooms.

It is not a luxurious hotel, but probably the best that you can get fot this price. I didn' t like that they change towels every 4 days, but it has probably to do with the water shortage in Cyprus. So if you decide to stay there, take an extra towel with you.

We loved that it was 2 minutes away from the famous Larnaca promenade and all the bars, restaurants, shops and especially the bus station!

The beds were not very comfortable, the bed covers were very old and looked overused, and the mattresses were stained. We had to use our own sheets.

I like the personal. There are so kind and ready to help. I have all the information of the town I need.

The base of the hotel is old and it must be renoviert.

staff not friendly,not helpful ,not hospitable ,rooms not clean, no shampoo, soaps were not readily available,safety box was not free, one air conditioner not working properly and the other needed to be paid for(!) to operate, electricity went off at 2 o'clock in the morning and no one fixed it till morning while we were shivering, no appology or compensation from the hotel staff for that accident

I liked nothing about this hotel apart from its central location.

Hotel was in need of refurbishment. Room had insufficient heating for the time of year, was without a TV and was very old-fashioned. Water temperature was cold. I would never use this hotel again in view of there being far better choice and value-for-money hotels in the same vicinity.
