Achilleos Hotel Apt

Voor weinig geld een grote kamer dicht bij de mooie boulevard met strand en leuke eettentjes. Er wordt goed Engels gesproken en je kunt je auto voor het hotel kwijt.

De lift maakt veel herrie, dat merk je door het hele gebouw. Er kon in de keuken van de studio niet worden gekookt door de weinige spullen.

Hele lieve blonde vrouw bij receptie en ontbijt. Zij probeerde alle tekortkomingen vanwege de oudheid van het hotel goed te maken.

Airco huiskamer functioneerde onvoldoende. Alles is oud, niet meer schoon te krijgen en aan vervanging toe.

So close to the Sea front, large and spacious apartment, mine was with a balcony. Air con in two rooms!

Twenty minutes to the shopping area

Very good basic service.

We loved that it was 2 minutes away from the famous Larnaca promenade and all the bars, restaurants, shops and especially the bus station!

The beds were not very comfortable, the bed covers were very old and looked overused, and the mattresses were stained. We had to use our own sheets.

I like the personal. There are so kind and ready to help. I have all the information of the town I need.

The base of the hotel is old and it must be renoviert.

Proximity to resort centre.

The hotel is tired looking and a little short of a bit of tlc, and I would only recommend it if the price was cheap. Directions on how to find the hotel are definately a must, arriving late at night we had to consult the police who could not direct us there by car.

quiet environment, hotel location

staff not friendly,not helpful ,not hospitable ,rooms not clean, no shampoo, soaps were not readily available,safety box was not free, one air conditioner not working properly and the other needed to be paid for(!) to operate, electricity went off at 2 o'clock in the morning and no one fixed it till morning while we were shivering, no appology or compensation from the hotel staff for that accident

I liked nothing about this hotel apart from its central location.

Hotel was in need of refurbishment. Room had insufficient heating for the time of year, was without a TV and was very old-fashioned. Water temperature was cold. I would never use this hotel again in view of there being far better choice and value-for-money hotels in the same vicinity.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. It was a very central location only yards from the seafront inone direction and the main high street shopping in the other direction.

It was noisy at night time into the early morning. However it was over the Christmas period and may not be as noisy at other times.
