This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Archilleous hotel in Larnica and we keep returning because of it's location. 2 mins to the beach and the restaurant strip.This time our room was a Superior one which gave us a little more room as the bedroom was separated from the sitting area by a curtain which meant one of us could read while the other rested! The shower is amazing and plenty of hot water!

The hotel has control of the air conditioner so if you want to cool the room down, then put the temp up once it is cool it is an inconvenience having to ring the front desk, especially in the middle of the night! The other thing is that if you get to breakfast late the hot food is congealed and there seems to be a limit to the amount of food. Get there before 8!! Also the coffee is awful - from a machine!!

Top of my list would be the staff. Genuinely friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant. My room was comfortable, well appointed and quiet given that the hotel is very central. The location was ideal for the beach, restaurants, shopping and public transport. The top floor, sun filled breakfasting area was a delight to enjoy breakfast in.

The shower recess leaked . Whist the room was nice , it had a feeling of too closed in and no view of any nature .

-No view at all -difficult to find -location close to urban beach, but also close to all the major American chain restaurants (makes you forget you're in Cyprus!)

Very modern eco-friendly hotel, clean.

The staff can do a better job of checking fixtures and fittings. Half of the sockets didn't work (they needed a fuse). The batteries in the safe needed replacing. The toilet seat was broken. And the lights kept going off on the last day for no apparent reason.

Everything was perfect!!

The hotel is very modern and just a block away from all restaurants and cafes.Liked the room and all amenities. Very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The fridge in the hotel was not working.

Internet is free and fast. Breakfast was good with good choices.

It is perfectly centrally located. Staff workers are excellent people and very helpful. Hotle is very clean, the rooms and bathrooms are very very clean and modern, Love the pink light in the bedroom, makes it more romantic,

Rooms have no view. Tv has no choice except in greek language at all, which it menas its very boring, Also there is sewer smell in elevator that should be taken care of, and for the money you pay it should have a pool atleast or free loungue by the sea, just like some other hotels offer to you.

The service and professionalism of the staff was amazing. Even though the hotel doesn't have the best view is compensates with many other wonderful qualities!

Excellent in all respects.Nothing more to be said. If we return to Cyprus this hotel would be our choice.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent location one block from the beach promenade. Beautiful view of the beach/sea from the breakfast terrace.

I booked a deluxe suite with hot tub and checked in at 20.00 on the 22nd and out at 04.00 on the 23rd. So really I stayed for half a night. For a rate per night equal to the Elysium resort at Pafos ( where I stayed the previous three nights and which I highly recommend) at the Achileos in Larnaca you get a deluxe suite with heating that does not work at all and a hot tub that cannot be filled with water because the tap is broken. In other words, no heating and no hot tub use either.Front desk service depending on the shift ranges from average in the afternoon shift, to poor in the front management to exceptionally poor in the night shift. For example upon informing front desk of the matter I got responses ranging from: we will fix tomorrow (ie when I am checked out, to no I cannot get you a refund because you have already paid and the manager is not here to okay this!,Three days later the front desk manager was still not informed of the incident and could not ok a refund- instead she requires An email containing everything in wrtiting before she discusses this with the technician and then the hotel manager!!! Achileos city hotel in Larnaca is definite no-no if you are on a business trip and require comfort, rest and service from your overnight stay.

The Hotel is very clean and modern. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very near the beach and restaurants.

On weekend nights the club crowd can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open, but this is a minor distraction.

We loved everything: modern, lovely and clean room, super comfortable bed, good quality of sheets and towels, very good breakfast with amazing view. We were even given additional towels and special sheets for our baby.
