Achilleos City Hotel  

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and in the middle of the shopping area downtown.

The bathroom sink was a little awkward to use.

Modern design. Perfect food.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Prime location for shopping, beach and abundance of reasonably prized eating establishments. Within easy walking distance to bus stop and 10 minutes to Larnaka Airport.

Located just yards behind the seafront, the hotel is perfect for a short stay in Larnaca. The staff were great and the room was well equiped. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was available and the receptionist wouldn't let us leave until she had organised a hot drink for us all. Great service. We will stay again.

Difficult to park a car near the hotel in the narrow streets. Next time we will return the hire car and get a taxi.

The room was very nice but a bit small

Facilities of the room were excellent (sock, water boiler, coffee, tea, iron). We booked a family room, witch had a bedroom with glass door and a living room. The room was very modern and comfortable, it was not a two-star room, but at least four-star room, exept the view (view to the top of old houses). If you don't need a nice view, a spa or pool, bar and restaurants in the hotel, but it is important an excellent room and to be in the town center, this hotel is a very good choice. There are lot of restaurants in the near of the hotel. The beach and the promenade is also near.

Good size rooms and good price

Perfect location,friendly knowledgeable staff. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was served in a pleasant location on the top floor overlooking the sea. There was excellent choice.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Archilleous hotel in Larnica and we keep returning because of it's location. 2 mins to the beach and the restaurant strip.This time our room was a Superior one which gave us a little more room as the bedroom was separated from the sitting area by a curtain which meant one of us could read while the other rested! The shower is amazing and plenty of hot water!

The hotel has control of the air conditioner so if you want to cool the room down, then put the temp up once it is cool it is an inconvenience having to ring the front desk, especially in the middle of the night! The other thing is that if you get to breakfast late the hot food is congealed and there seems to be a limit to the amount of food. Get there before 8!! Also the coffee is awful - from a machine!!

Top of my list would be the staff. Genuinely friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant. My room was comfortable, well appointed and quiet given that the hotel is very central. The location was ideal for the beach, restaurants, shopping and public transport. The top floor, sun filled breakfasting area was a delight to enjoy breakfast in.

The shower recess leaked . Whist the room was nice , it had a feeling of too closed in and no view of any nature .

-No view at all -difficult to find -location close to urban beach, but also close to all the major American chain restaurants (makes you forget you're in Cyprus!)

Very modern eco-friendly hotel, clean.

The staff can do a better job of checking fixtures and fittings. Half of the sockets didn't work (they needed a fuse). The batteries in the safe needed replacing. The toilet seat was broken. And the lights kept going off on the last day for no apparent reason.

The hotel is very modern and just a block away from all restaurants and cafes.Liked the room and all amenities. Very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is perfectly centrally located. Staff workers are excellent people and very helpful. Hotle is very clean, the rooms and bathrooms are very very clean and modern, Love the pink light in the bedroom, makes it more romantic,

Rooms have no view. Tv has no choice except in greek language at all, which it menas its very boring, Also there is sewer smell in elevator that should be taken care of, and for the money you pay it should have a pool atleast or free loungue by the sea, just like some other hotels offer to you.
