The courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the help given to us by the receptionist to book for us tours around Cyprus The hotel did not have any shutle bus service to the beach and to the city centre as we read on the website of the hotel |

The hotel was clean and service good. The outside area is a real bonus and very relaxing. Both the WiFi and computer access in the reception area were poor during my visit. |

able to park at the hotel every day. plenty of hot water. hard bed and rock hard pillows also 1970,s decor. picked a table for breakfast only to be moved to another table by a bossy waiter. towels were old and hard. room made up even though the Please make up room sign was not displayed. |

The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was out of sigh. The room was clean and well insulated. |

My last stay was two yeras ago - but I was not impressed about it because it looked very much run down. Now, coming back I was surprised to see that the renovation was done. But still, some details such as the two lifts look poor and need to be replaced. Yes, the two lifts which are not up to the standard. |

the personel working on the hotel and also the very good food serving on the hotel i prefer you give me the option about having a seaview room or a city view on my booking because limassol is a town close to the sea i was expecting a seaview room. |

I liked the 32' flat screen tv. I booked a Double but I got a Twin. The woman at the reception was trying to play down the difference! The bed spread and curtains were extremely old fashioned. They did not fit with the rest of the room fittings that seemed more modern. The blankets were pink. There was plastic under the bedsheets. |

The staff was very polite. The room was clean. The hotel is not close to the beach. There was too much traffic due to a wedding reception that took place in the hotel and there was not enough parking space for the residents of the hotel. |

good location ,stuff very nice hotel clean not enough tours to go site seeing.we booked to troodos mountains ,it was cancled and was told by stuff it was dangerous to go on the mountaian,then the tour leader said not enough people to go to tour .who was saying the truth?was very!!!dissapointed was cancled |

Fair price. It fits well as a hotel for biz travellers (far from sea). As to me this is not the holiday for holidays (far from sea); moreover in the time i have been there there were some costruction works done in the neighborhood -> rather noisy. But must admit the service and the hotel itself is pretty fine. |

I liked that the hotel had been renovated and had a fresh look to it -- in a good way it had the feel of a high priced "w" Hotel property but without access to the internet! They did offer "free" internet in the lobby but to use it you had to sit in the lobby bar where they wanted you to order a drink or food. No internet in the rooms which was bad for a business traveler. I'd recommend it for family travel but not for business travelers |

Het personeel spreekt goed Engels en is zeer behulpzaam. De aangeboden gratis WIFI voor de laptop werkte 9 v/d 10 jkeer niet goed. Verder kwam ik wat ongedierte tegen op de kamer. |

Het hotel ligt wat afgelegen van het strand, maar is daardoor ook rustig. Het zwembad is ruim en wordt goed schoon gehouden. Mooi terras met zon en schaduw. 's avonds kun je op het terras ook een maaltijd laten serveren. |
