Ajax Hotel    

It was very clean, very comfortable, excellent service, walking distance to the sea side, not very far from the centre of the city.

Not enough parking spots for residents of the hotel.

The bed was not comfortable The breakfast was poor without fresh juices or fresh jams or fresh bread The indoor swimming pool was close on Sunday The soap and other bathroom items were for one person only in a double bedroom The wi-fi was not available in the room

The hotel had an offer on which was cheaper than what i paid online. we stayed in february, the rooms were too hot!! Also make sure u ask fot a renovated room when booking - there is a big difference

small bed broken plugs,insufficient heating/cooling in room,staff never smiles,hairs in bed unclean top cover filfy toilet.this is not 4 star hotel but 2,its very old.no english channels

I asked the front desk to wake me up next morning at 7.30. They told me that they had a system that could do it. However, the telephone next morning did not ring. When I complained, they just said "good thing that you woke up on time by yourself ".....! Quite unprofessional!

Everything was fine from room comfort, service, reception desk and others.

Comfortable, well mannered, polite and friendly staff

- I found the staff really friendly and helpfull. - Saturday evening they had a nice singer singing near the outside poll area - the room was cleaned everyday - I had a problem with the pillow (was to hard) and there was no problem to change it with a fluffier one. The cleaning lady even gave me two pillows to try - I really liked the swimming pool outside - There are 2 small shops nearby and a pharmacy...just in case - The highwas is very close to the hotel - There is a TV in the room

- location is not that great. And I would say this is the main thing I didn't like at all. To reach the seaside you need to walk 15 min ( which seems an eternity in the hot sun). The main buses travel on the seaside, so to get in the city you need to walk the same distance. Or you can take a bus close to the hotel that takes you on the main street but I got it only one time by chance and it was in a very bad condition - the bathroom is not that great but also not that bad. I didn't like that the bathtub, was having a shower curtain and many nozzles in a realy bad shape, having limestone deposits. The other elements from the bathroom were fine. - a small aspects regarding the beds. They advertise the rooms as double rooms and I was expecting a double bed but in the room were two twin beds put together.

Little things (like lack of toiletries) that don't matter a lot and could had been accidental and not the norm for the hotel.

I found the hotel had everything I needed in terms of facilities, good food and the location for my business trip. There is a good sized freee safe. The location was some 10 minutes walk from the sea and this is a quiet area of the resort away from any crouds. I recommend the Ship Inn facing the sea when you turn right along the sea front, which takes 15 minutes to walk to.

I found the staff were miserable and did not smile when dealing with customers at the reception and around the pool bar. The only noteable time I saw one smile was a young bar attendant who was chatting to some ladies. For some reason the sink in my room was not clean when I moved in and throughout my three night stay it stayed in the same condition. The rest of the room was fine.

Good selection of food, great pool area, good location. Having lived just down the road for 3 years it was a perfect location for me in terms of visiting friends and business whilst there.It also provides easy access to shopping and the tourist areas for nightlife.

Certain members of staff, but not all as most were very accommodating, in the evening weren't very helpful. One instance in particular regarding wifi, I was told 'its my problem not theirs', which I found quite rude. But my only negative of a otherwise satisfactory stay.

1)Wifi available only at the reception place.2)on saturday at about 5 pm they had a marriage at the pool yard and I couldn't use the swimming pool because they decorated the swimming pool and removed all the pool beds,and this is unprofessional and fraud for people who wanted to use the swimming pool.3)the furniture in my room was not in really good shape,the main furniture had a big crack on the edge and it was filled with something like silicone!

Its cleanness was disaster: we killed one kokorouge, we found many hairs on our beds, the towels were bej and dark than white and shine. Your internet repeatedly hanked. your staffs were not obligated. I think you are 2 stars than 4 stars.

Good personal atmocphere Beautiful pull airea and very clean water. Big and wast conditioned lobby with bar service.Well equiped Gim. Very spaced restaurant with opened terrace for breakfast, dinner and supper. All dishes made in good manner.

Bathroom needed a complete update, dirty taps and grout. Coffee & tea facilities, onceyou have had one cup you have to wait till the following day for housekeeping to relinquish

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice & rich breakfast buffet. Lovely terrace & pool area, ideal for the breakfast in the morning. Very quiet.

Location of the hotel: too far from the Old Town - walk to the seaside is ok though, about 5-8 minutes' walk. Free internet only in the lobby - should also be available in the rooms.

The breakfast was good and the pool was warm. Very nice morning at the hotel.

Pool is all shaded by the late afternoon. Staff attitude was not very hospitable.

It's near Paraliakos, where you can go and have a coffee at the cafes or food at the restaurants and also a good walk watching the sea..... It's very near and really nice...!!!!!!!! And of caurse for family stay....

WIFI didn't work for almost 24 hours. Employees wouldnt really look at you when you were explaining the problem. They just wouldnt be able to do anything... The general manager would say the problem was our devices and not the WIFI connection without even testing it...
