Ajax Hotel  

WIFI didn't work for almost 24 hours. Employees wouldnt really look at you when you were explaining the problem. They just wouldnt be able to do anything... The general manager would say the problem was our devices and not the WIFI connection without even testing it...

Quite ok but the star setting was to high. Its more like a 2 star hotell

Pool outside and the gym was good

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpfull. Very rich breakfast with many options. One can enjoy anything from a very healthy breakfast to the typical "greasy spoon". Service was excellent in general.

The bed was a bit small!!!! It is ok though as you wouldn't stay there for life!!!!

Friendly staff. Quite hotel. Well organized. Good food. Good service. You need to have dancing club.

Every aspect of the hotel was exceptionally good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for our short break was the jazz festival and the location was ideal. We would thoroughly recommend the Ajax hotel and have done so to our friends. Definitely no complaints!

Big size room. Good breakfast buffet. Nice person at the reception.

Location good be better. Far out of beach and city center. Area just ok. Rooms are ok but would certainly need some update. Classic family hotel resort with a nice pool.

Leaving

One of the most tramatic traveling experiences of our 35 years of traveling. The psycho at the front desk, Yannis, threatened my wife and 80 year old mother. I have a file started with yor customer service personel.

Common areas look very good, the lounge was really relaxing. Breakfast was really nice. Wifi was provided and was quite good.

It isn't really close to any amenities: neither town center nor tourist area. Furnitures in the room and quality of the entire room does not reflect that one of 4 stars hotel.

I think the hotel needs a better pool

I liked the breakfast very much, same as the facilities although the tennis court could be slightly improved by storing the tables for weddings elsewhere.

One of the elevators was either broken or just too slow, the wi-fi in the room is a bit poor although it was free of charge (because on the link it said it was 3 euro per hr)

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. There was nothing to criticize about it. The room was clean, with modern furniture, and all we asked for when making a booking. All the amenities one could ask for in a four class rated hotel were there. The maids paid daily visits to do the beds and if requested, to change linen and towels. It was cleaned every day. The room contained tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge. The staff was great, ever so helpful; breakfast was superb and so abundant with so many food items to choice from. Even had a section reserved for healthy food. The gym is top class. Equipment well kept and with many different machines. Outdoor swimming pool great, big and clean. Some good restaurants close to the hotel make it well positioned. Public transport also close and beach some 12-15 minutes walk. I would recommend it to any one

The indoor pool could be improved. It is not that big and not well lit. The atmosphere left much to be desired and the use of chill out relaxing music would better serve the residents Than the noisy one I found when I used it. Probably it was the same as the hot stuff used in the gym

It was very clean, pleasant and efficient. There was plenty of hot water and the rooms were of a reasonable size, with a balcony. Breakfast was good with an excellent choice of food and it was lovely to be able to eat Al Fresco. It was also good that we were not rushed to finish when breakfast finished at 10.00. The staff were very polite and helpful. The welcome was also excellent;quick and no fuss and pleasant. Swimming pool clean and well situated for sunbathing. Tea and coffee provided in the bedrooms - excellent and good prices in the bar for both drinks and food.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows - they were as hard as rocks. The TV had only one British channel - BBC world - it did not even have the local Cypriot English channels. There is no excuse for that in a 4* hotel when satellite is so easily available. The AC did not work.

μου αρεσε η τοποθεσια γιατι ειχε βολικη σπροσβοση, πολυ κολα πρωινο, καθωσ και η ποιοτητα των δωματιων αν και ηταν λιγο παλιο το Design.

δεν μου αρεσε που δεν ειχε στα δωματια δωρεαν Wi-Fi Internet, ειχε παρα πολυ μικρο ψυγειο με αποτελεσμα να μην χωραει μεσα ουτε ενα μπουκαλι 1 1/5 liter νερο και δεν ειχε καθολου κληματισμο στο δωματιο μονο σκετο αερα εβγαζε! αυτα!
