The friendliness of the staff

Not a major problem but the room did not have a safe, only 2 holes in the wardrobe where the safe should have been. It did not detract from our enjoyment of our visit.

We had a deluxe room with a sea view.The sea view was on tip toes as we were given a ground floor room overlooking the extraction for the indoor pool. Our friends had a superior room with sea view which was superb.Considering the hotel was only half full I think an upgrade could have been offered or a delux room on a higher floor.staff were great, food was good room was clean but the view was poor

The rooms on the ground floor were quite noisy as guests walked by them to get to their higher rooms. The view from our ground floor room was poor and the balcony was tiny tiny.

This hotel is amazing, the staff were exceptional nothing was too much bother they even put a bottle of champagne and an anniversary card in our room, it was our 25th, they made us feel really special. We can't wait to return.

Everything was perfect, we could'nt find any fault's.

Refurbished rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, good choice at breakfast, easy short walk into Paphos harbour area at night.

Dangerous slippy tiles around pool, slow service, they kept wanting to clear the pool for a photo shoot they didn't stick to the times they said and offered nothing in return for our reduced amenity.

Nice newly reburbished hotel. A little bit removed from the main drag but close enough to access without bus or taxi.

Location And food was. Excellent

Some of the staff at reception never smiled And i felt when you asked them something it was to much trouble.

Lovely clean, bright, new room. Very pleasing decor / furniture colours. Good location in Paphos - opposite the 'smarter' strip of restaurants.

Room refurbished but not properly checked before allocating - no bar tariff, no Hotel Directory, no directions on how to use the safe, bath- plug mechanism not working. The bedside tables have four legs. Three of these rest on the marble tiled surround, whilst one rests on the room carpet, = VERY unstable! Poor design. It's unacceptable for a hotel in this price bracket not to have working internet connection in the room (and even worse to advertise that there is a connection, when even the staff tell you - when you enquire - that it doesn't work).

Food Staff Decor

They were still completing the refurbishment when we arrived so the pool was not ready and no wifi, but this didn't really detract from the overall experience due to the quality of the staff.

Location, luxurious surroundings and Spa facilities. Quality of entertainment and food provided was excellent. Very close to the sea which was easily accessible for swimming even in late Nov. Temp of the sea was nice at 22 deg and warmer than the outside swimming pool. The indoor pool was excellent - 28 deg. It was nice to be able to walk to Paphos along the sea front. Rooms were very nice and will only get better following the refurbishment programme planned.

Hotel decision to switch off the air conditioning prior to our arrival. Room was so hot that we had to leave the balcony door open to cool the room down so as to facilitate sleeping. Unfortunately this resulted in mosquitos entering the room which led to more bites than I have ever received before on previous stays in Cyprus. This situation was exacerbated by the noise of dogs barking throughout the night which also kept us awake. Apparently their is a homeless shelter for dogs very close to the hotel. Hopefully the refurbishment planned for th next 3 months will result in better quality double glazing.

Nice and soft Bed

No place for laying your clothes, only the hanging one.

It was right in Paphos, not far from the harbor.

As a 4 star, it was a bit dingy in the rooms. Nothing in the mini-bar although it advertised one, and there was a price list in the room; no in-room coffee; the safe didn't work. The toilet broke but was fixed quickly.

Great position overlooking beach, but just a short walk into town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good food for a buffet

Rooms in need of redecoration, but that is happening now. Not much choice of english TV progs.

Location, view from sea facing room, space

Room was south facing and very hot - but the air conditioning didnt work as it was being changed over to heating and being cleaned. Not what I thought I was paying for - I can have sweaty overheated nights much cheaper. Rooms are a bit faded - but they are doing it all up this winter.

Very friendly, professional staff. Very clean hotel with superb facilities. Great location, by a beach and about 10 minutes walk to Paphos town.

The service was wonderfull nothing was too much trouble The staff were so helpfull and profesional

Quality of service, food, sunset views, relaxation and amusement in the sea view Varanda, interesting beach Bar, variety of good cocktails, livey and joyful atmospher.

Building as well as Rooms are a bit old but well maintained, comfortable with sizable balconies and nice views.

Close to the town convenient for the beach

Primarily the hotel do not provide air conditioned rooms until May.

удачное расположение, рядом с крепостью и основными улочками с ресторанами. плюс один из самых удобных пляжей - с этим в Пафосе большие проблемы, у 99% отелей входа в море нет, только мосток с лесенкой. понравилось, что отель небольшой, т.к. это предполагает более внимательное отношение персонала и уютную атмосферу - через пару дней все друг с другом здороваются. остальные отели- гиганты на побережье вызывали недоумение - похожие на поля для гольфа территории сплошь заставлены лежаками в хаотичном порядке, непонятно где что и можно заблудиться. в нашем же отеле лежаки на все время пребывания закреплялись за комнатой. т.е. с утра не надо было мчаться занимать места. хорошая кухня. Да, еще одно: по вечерам в баре звучала живая музыка. Таких хороших голосов не слышала давно, получала истинное удовольствие. Все это с хорошим юмором ведущего вечера давало самое наилучшее впечатление, давно столько не улыбалась.

староватые номера, но отель как раз закрылся до марта 2013 на реновацию, так что будет еще лучше.

Rummet (Superior) och balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. Frukost och frukostterassen. Fin liten strand med ok snorkling. Bra läge med trevlig promenad till hamnen

the location is perfect , very good kitchen, the areas down in lobby and pool are ok

the corridor and bedrooms inside need serious recondition

neurejen plaže, ni senčnikov inležalnikov (samo 5 za cel hotel) na plaži ob morju. na plaži ni pravzaprav nič, vse samo ob malem bazenu pri hotelu. vse ostalo je v redu
