The best possible location either for business or holiday trip to Larnaca. You can walk to every interesting place within minutes. The best value for money city hotel I have ever been. The room had everything you might being needed, including free WiFi and fast cooking equipement. The people was honestly friendly (thanx Kyri & mr Lakis) providing us with a solution for every request of ours. I could pay a little bit more cause we left really satisfied. We will definetelly come back.

Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The apartment was ideally located. Very close to the main beach/strip, but a nice distance so as not to be disturbed. Apartment was spacious, and had a fantastic balcony to relax in. Great value for money!

I didn't really like much about this hotel apart from the location, being that it was close to the seaside.

I didn't like the room at all! The room looked as if it was in need of a renovation about 30 years ago. The telephone in the room was broken, so I couldn't call the reception, I had to walk down there physically. The bathroom had two doors that opened inwards. They must have been spring-loaded because they were difficult to get through. I found that very inconvenient each time I needed to use the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable. The room does not have electricity once you remove your key from the slot when you leave. Therefore, you can't keep your laptop's/iPad's/phones etc charging when you are not in the hotel.

Was a lovely experience! A big flat, kitchen with all you need. Was a luxury to have your own private apartment during your vacation. Very well located too

Staff friendly enough, but barely spoke any English. The floors had no carpets and it was cold sometimes.

I had pleasant stay for low money. It was impressive.

I liked everything about Alexia---the friendly, competent staff, the cleanliness, the peace and quiet, the price, the location and more. Do yourself a favor and stay at Alexia. You won´t regret it I promise!

The location was rather good, very central even despite the fact that the neighbouring buildings do not look very pleasant or even safe. But this is just the feeling as the place is off the main roads. We had an appartment with a separate bedroom and it was positive. The staff was vry friendly and when we complaint about the neighbours the problem was solved immidiately.

We had a separate entrance to the apartment, yet it was close to a road and a cars have been parked just in front of our door. As it was the groundflore we kept weaking up when somebody was passing buy or startign the car engine. The main problem was the lack of sound´isalation. We could hear everythign not just from the street, but also neighbours who were having a party. Difficult if you are travellign with small children. 2 nights were ok to stay there, but I would not like to have all the vacation like that.

This hotel is located in a calm quarter that's a walking distance to both the shopping area and the Finikoudes beach & Marina restaurants and pubs. The apartment had a very simple and convenient furniture, it was comfortable, clean and equipped with the necessary things we needed during our 2 days stay. We would definitely go there again.

We didn't like the bouncing bathroom door :)

Locality plays a big role, five minutes walk to Finikoudes Plage and main shoppingh precinct of LARNACA. Spacious room averaged priced.

the washing machine should be working with instructions in English for tourist not another language.

The proximity to the beach was good and the rooms were fairly clean.

The air conditioning was not at all good. They could do with at least 2 a/cs in the big room.

The apartment we were staying was spacious and comfortable. Wi-fi was free in the and the kitchenette was well equipped even though we never used it as the position is really central and all the facilities are a walk away. Absolutely suggested!

We liked that the hotel/apartment was so convenient to the beach and restaurants (only a 3minute walk). The location was perfect. There is so much to see and do in Larnaca. The staff was helpful and very polite.

The only thing that was wrong was the apartment had ants (so but all food and sweets away) but i wasn't too upset it was a heat a wave and im pretty sure the ants was looking for shelter as well. The internet didn't work in the room at all, which wasn't a huge problem.

The location is great; away from the noisy beach promenade. The staff was friendly and very discrete, but willing to help and answer each and single question. BIG THANKS to them!!! The free wifi is a welcome plus, considering that the TV channels are only Cypriot (not more than 7) and cannot be considered a entertainment alternative for those staying more then a couple of days.

The apartments were cleaned only superficially, and this, coupled with the fact that the rooms are old furnitured and poorly equipped, does not provide a good value for money feeling. The ceiling needs to be fixed and 1 bed is broken in room 225 (second floor) - actually, the whole room could need a fresh painting.

A helpful and friendly group of staff looking after after spacious, clean and adequately equipped apartments. Easy walking distance of the shops and the main section of the prom.

No hangers in the wardrobe but we came equiped!

The facilities are OK, with a good price/quality ratio.

The apartment we hired was situated in an alley on the ground floor level. Although it was in the middle of the week hordes of party goers passed by the thin glass front door screaming their head off, howling, barking abuse or starting a street brawl. Cars were started and left running filling the apartment with petrol fumes. When they left others replaced them, testing the high refs of their bikes for endless minutes before setting off with screaming tires. This went on ALL night. When during short spells silence descended, the sounds of the other apartments (you could hear the very lost drop falling in a toilet !!) took over, with rumbling chairs, loud conversations (at 3am !), and people stumbling around. The next day we left for the airport as mummies !
