To byl moj bodaj 10 pobyt w tym hotelu. Uwazam, ze caly czas utrzymuje on przyzwoity standard, co na Cyprze wsrod nieduzych hoteli nie jest czeste. Wystarczy sie o tym przekonac odwiedzajac chociazby hotele Larco, Onisillos czy Cactus w Larnace ;-). Glowna zaleta hotelu jest polozenie na najprzyjemniejszym placu w Larnace, a jednoczesnie blisko morza. Wnetrze hotelu sa bardzo dobrze utrzymane, jednak dla osob wymagajacych zaskoczeniem moze byc fakt, iz pokoje choc wyposazone we wszystko, nie sa duze, lazienki tym bardziej. Denerwowac moze halas dochodzacy z okolicy, zwlaszcza w weekendy. W moim przekonaniu obok Eleonory I Sunhalla to najlepszy hotel w miescie. A propos serwisu Booking.com: uwazajcie, bo czasem oszukuja. Ostatnio zarezerwowalem hotel Miramar w Arrecife na Lanzarote za ich posrednictwem. Na miejscu zrobilem upgrade pokoju i zaplacilem karta wyzsza cene. Mimo tego, Booking.com powtornie obciazyl mnie za pobyt w hotelu. Nieladnie, a na dodatek nie poczuwaja sie do winy.

Na scianach pokoju 105 sa zacieki spowodowane tym, ze kamienica bok to ruina I nie ma systemu rynien.

Ideal location, delightful character building and room very clean and tidy. Reasonably priced and would have no hesitation in recommending particularly if using a car as the car park next door [free] is so very handy and is what attracted us when booking.

Steep staircase leeading to the rooms, no lift available. Reception is only manned part time. Room was made up freshly, but bed covers were dirty. Rooms are very small. You have to be a contortionist to use the bathroom.

The hotel is small, but it is in such a great location facing into the little square. It only has 8 rooms so you want to try and get one of the rooms in the front of the hotel on the square. It is comfortable and has free wifi which many of the more expensive hotels did not. If you want quiet 24/7, do not come here. If you want to feel part of the area's daily life this is the place to be, where tourists and natives mix. On the Saturday we were there, there ware two weddings, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. Several of the hotel guest gathered on the balcony to watch the locals put on their best. It was a lot of fun. The owner and the staff try very hard to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Well worth the money!

It is very close to the town center. You can find it easy even if you visit there first time. Hotel staffs are so kind and they will help you all problems. What is the most important merit is that you can find restaurants, souvenir shops and cafe which you want to find nearby Hotel.

Sometimes, Hot shower doesn't come out.

This hotel was amazing for the price, very comfortable, totally clean rooms with a staff that was sooo friendly and helpful. The receptionist/managers were very friendly, and the maids did a great job cleaning each day. The location was great too, right between beautiful St. Lazarus Church and the lovely marina, maybe 5 minutes walk to the Larnaca Castle which has beautiful views, and right in the middle of shopping/lots of restaurant and bar options for food. Would highly recommend!

Newly renovated, excellent location, nice view on the Agios Lazaros Church.

The credit card terminal didn't work and the staff insisted that I pay the first day not giving a chance to maybe fix it so I had to use the local ATM which increases costs of course. The cleaning could be better. The beds are very small and narrow.

Need to improve location details

We found the hotel to be very clean, neat, and comfortable. It was easy to find and easy to get to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. We even found the bus to the airport was pretty close by. We would definitely use this hotel again, but not on the weekends.

The only thing we found a problem was the location of the hotel is across a very narrow street from a taverna that plays live, pleasant, but very loud Greek music from about 10pm to 2:30 or 3am on Friday and Saturday nights.
