Unlike another 2 small hotels that I visited during my stay, this one was actually clean and it was great value for money.

The double bed was not really that big, but it didn't prove to be a problem for the two of us. Upon arrival, I was told that there is no WiFi in the rooms and that I should use the WiFi from the restaurant/cafe across the street (which is secure and I didn't have the key), even though the owner told me the next morning that a WiFi network called MK_Estates (also locked) is actually theirs and could have been used. Next time, I'll ask for the key to that WiFi.

its location is unfortunately in the middles of night clubs so friday,saturdays are very noisy, music stops about 4.am. Stairs are winding and not easy to lift suitcase up and down, no assistance and not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

The location was very good, the rooms were fine for the price, and we had everything we needed in the room. The following morning, I ran into some staff, and thay were so sweet end friendly. The hotel is, in my opinion, a very charming hotel with very good location. I'm a student, at I think the price was fair (but could always use it cheaper of course).

Nothing, I didn't like. Everything was either perfect or acceptable.

The location next to the Larazos church is great, a bit hidden from the busy touristy boulevard. The building is nicely renovated, with respect to local architecture and with good taste. The room was small but fine. Good service by email and upon arrival, for example arranging us a taxi for the next day and allowing us in before check in time. No hotel atmosphere, but the idea of having one's own small apartment in the middle of town. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, as well as fresh water in the fridge.

Short reception working hours. It closes at six. You must make a booking a bit in advance in order get to know where the key is left.

Nicely located, on a little square, with a superb view on a 100 year old Byzantine church, quite unique in an otherwise overly developed seaside city. Genuinely friendly staff, 200 m from the beach. Unbeatable quality for the price I paid.

The place was clean rooms were good. I had no problems with the internet, speed was very good. The owner greeted me and showed me around the room. The room was small and faced a wall but this was no problem for me as I was only staying 1 night. Location was spot on 5 minutes to the beach/fort. Plenty of food options on the beach. Short taxi ride to airport. Complementary water provided. Nice touch. no issues with noise.

Not a true hotel, should be renamed Alkisti Lodge/Pension to truly reflect the type of accommodation, as no staff are available onsite outside of office hours - you need to call a number for assistance. Wasn't a problem for me but could catch other people out if they were expecting a proper hotel.

The hotel was reallly nice, cozy and the staff was super! Very well located , nice area , close to everything, beach, resaturants, shopping area! The looks of the hotel were quite nice and comfortable and we had the luck to have a room showing to the lazarius church, very nice, when you grab a bottl eof wine and sit in the terrace contemplating it!

There is only one thing I did not like, the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me personally, the frige makes a bit of noise, which is a bit annoying but you get used to it.

Place is really good (center of the town), quiet hotel, good view, free Internet access in room (only cable). Tea in the room and refrigerator. Market and cheap cafes nearby as well as shops and beach and all main sightseeing places.

Noisy at night due to nightclubs around. Cleaning service not every day. Small bathroom and sometimes problems with hot running water.

Location is really good. 100 metres from the beach and fort. 200 metres from good shopping/cafe area. 5 minutes to bus stop for trips to other towns.

No one there when I arrived (4pm), key left in cubbyhole outside to collect.

Perfect location, in the middle of Larnaca, close to the sea side, the shopping area, while still on a quiet corner. The inner garden is very nice. People working there are all nice and very hospitable.

During my 3 nights stay they've changed the towels only once, and that happened only after I expressly asked the manager. The whole hotel is very nice and clean therefore I just don't understand what's going on about (not) changing towels.
