The hotel was in a great location, near to restaurants, cafes and more. A seaside hotel where you could take a walk alongside the beach. Friendly staff. However it did not meet my expectations at all as a 5star hotel. The hotel was crowed so we had to park to the hotel next door, which made it very inconvenient with the luggage, raining weather and all. Beds were uncomfortable, there was no blanket so we had to call the reception at 3 A.m to bring us one. There was no price list for the items in the mini bar (we only use a bottle of still water which was of course overpriced). I do understand the modern design approach of the hotel but since there was not fitted carpet rooms they could at least offer their guests a pair of slippers so as to avoid walking with our socks on a freezing floor. It was of course the coldest weekend of the year but it happens, and you do expect from a 5 star hotel at least the basics.

We couldnt sleep at all during the night cause of a storm. The doors were banging all night and they are probably the same doors when the hotel was named Pafos beach. There was water coming in the room and we had to get up at 7.30am on a sunday morning. You can call your hotel a 5 star and then have these things happen.

Our bungalow with sea view, but we had to keep asking for alternatives to the room we booked which did not ive up to expectations. Eventually we were told about the bungalow option after seeing another type of room We stayed over Christmas and all services we wanted were not available, like the mediterranean deli restaurant was completely closed, the hair salon was closed for 5 days, there was no laundry service for 5 days. The minibar, which we mainly used for still water was very expensive - 4 euros for a small bottle of still water. The staff were not helpful, room service did not answer the phone until you rang twice or three times. The maid kept knocking on the door to clean the room when we put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. Then when we went out and told reception to clean the room, we came back 4 hours later and the room hadn't been touched! The food in the only restaurant open was foul, very fatty food, set menus that you had to have, no a la carte - so for Christmas Eve, there was an 8 course menu and it was not good at all, too fatty food, tasted bad, not well cooked.

Clean and comforable accomodation, direct seaview location, fresh air and green territory, fitness and spa, beautiful sea, nice breakfast Though breakfast buffet is good, a la carte lunch and dinner is really untasty, especially Thai cuisine they try to reproduce.

Beautiful hotel with lovely minimalist decor in an excellent location. The view of the harbor and the castle from our room was magnificent. We also had a delicious dinner at the Mosaics restaurant with excellent service. It was overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the style of the hotel and the pool areas particularly the infinity pool, very romantic. We chose the hotel for our honeymoon as we were married in Paphos during our stay. The hotel upgraded us without asking to a front sea view which was much appreciated. The Ouzous sea terrace restaurant was great and reasonable prices. Breakfast very good and staff very friendly. Our wedding was not at hotel and as there was another wedding on same day although 2 hours later, we were not allowed to have photos taken on terrace as we planned to. Hotel policy not to have two wedding events same day however ours was very simple and thought it could have been accommodated better. The main restaurant costs are a little high although the quality of the food is very good.

The majority of reception staff were rude on many occasions . My room was not of the standard that I expected the shower head was broken, light switch didnt work, shower control was very hard to operate I asked the maintenance twice to repair . the shower head was done only. There was only one restaurant to have dinner as the buffet was closed this was a problem. Breakfast was good but the Notios restaurant had a limited menu. I was there for one week and I did not have the choice to sit by the pool once as there was never any space and people always had there towels on the beds prior to breakfast. We were informed that this was not allowed by the hotel staff??

Pleasant outdoor areas. Most of the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful (albeit with a couple of notable exceptions). The adult infinity pool was quiet and had an unrivaled view of the port. Breakfast was nice, so was the food ordered at the pool. Location was 5 minutes walk to the port. By no means good value for the money. I can appreciate a minimalist approach to room decoration, but this wasn't it, it was more like saving up money. I don't really mind the old school tv set, but some of the furniture in the room were old and scratched. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows, and dirty extra pillows. Felt like an old tired 3 star hotel, certainly not worthy of its price tag and reputation (which was the reason I chose it over other hotels). Spa had no jacuzzi.

The exterior was well designed and especialy the pools. There was a separate pool for the adults which was always under absolute silence and relaxing mood. Overall the hotel is more expensive that it should be, compared to the luxury that there should be in the suites. Old furniture, old tv and the design was old fushion.

The beds were a bit old. We also did not know its a hotel more for families with young children... For two girls looking for a relaxing pool side holiday it meant we only were at the pool by the spa, which was nice though...

I booked 3 x Double rooms @ 160 euro per night. When we arrived we were told that the price was wrong and it was 200euro per night. I tried to get the price down but was told that it was not possible. We had no choice to agree as we were there for my brothers wedding who was getting married in the same hotel. Bad start to what should have been a great night. The aircon in the room was poor compared to the 3 star resort that we had come from. I would not rate this hotel as 5 star at all. And would not recommend it again. The wedding though was fantastic.

Gorgeous hotel, really felt luxurious and so well-designed, beautiful views, quiet and lovely staff. My room had not been vacuumed and there was someone else's hair all over it! Very shocking for such a gorgeous and otherwise pristine hotel.

the location was amazing and the staff really friendly and helpful inspite of it being off season... rooms were a bit over priced for the size but we had fun... their bath products are truly world class and the spa was a wonderful experience... would love to go there again in the summer... the room was not cleaned twice in 4 days and we had to tell the hotel staff to do so... even though it is off season i do not expect such lethargy from a 5 star hotel featured in the best hotel designs of the world book... also drinking water was not provided on a daily basis but only complimentary on the 1st day which is unusual in a 5 star hotel...

The dinner and the seaview. The breakfast and the fact that you advertised that my seaview room would have a view to the port. I stayed at 448 and there is no view to the port (supposedly a superior room).
