Modern very good food for breakfast and good for dinner (could be a bit more delicate for a 5*) great sea-view from lobby and bar cosy territory good gym (variety of machines is adequate)

- City view is pretty noisy due to the road nearby. - A/C control in the room is very difficult to adjust to the optimum temperature... required a few nights of trial&error process...

The breakfast needs improvement! The eggs in general were terrible!

I was disappointed with luck of communication between Bookinb. Com and the hotel. I had confirmation for cancelling one night from your company and they insisted that insisted that i should pay. After some arguments they checked and they found that i was correct. I was annoyed.

We went for the second time as the first stay was lovely.

Disappointed with the service this time. It took 1 hour and 3 reminders for the personnel to bring a vase for the flowers. The room was cold when we arrived (we went in January), a/c was not working; again we had to call the reception 3 times in order for them to believe that there was a problem with the a/c - they were assuming we didn't know how to use it and were simply ignoring our complaints. After going down to the reception and speaking to the reception in person, it was promised to fix it, so we went away from the room calmly. Upon coming back, the room was warmer, but the a/c was producing annoying clicking like noise - we called again reception, a technician came, spent in our room 40 min., A/c seemed to be all right after that. But during the night the clicking noise started all over again. We could not sleep normally. The main restaurant was closed for renovation - the replacing one was not as nice in terms of design, the food was good though. All in all, disappointed :( Not coming back again

Everything.. The hotel is simply super..wouldnt change it for any other!!!

Service was excellent. We were pretty imprested compare to other Hotels in Cyprus. Room was nice, modernized-updated.

Indoor pool, jaccuzi an sauna

An outstanding hotel offering high levels of personal service throughout. Excellent rooms, fabulous breakfast and stunning lawns dropping down to the sea. Delightful indoor heated pool and a choice of outdoor pools.

Euphemistically-named "garden view rooms" in fact look over a busy road. Window noise insulation was poor, although blackout linings worked well.
