Greate, very nice location at the beach, luxury facilities and comfort,outside very romantic area, esp. on the night time, good gym. Very friendly staff and best Gourmet in island. |

I liked the hotel's food and the music amusement. Yes. I did not like the fact that although i booked a double room which in the internet said that it can accommodate up to 3 persons and although i noted in the booking that we wanted an extra bed for a 9 years old child i just received a confirmation saying that the room and the price is ok but saying nothing for an extra charge for the child. |

The hotel was on the beach and somewhat centrally located within the town of Limassol. Hotel was filthy and would barely meet the minimum standards to be a two star. The building was very old and in need of repairs. There was dirty toilet paper in the toilet upon entering the room. When registering a complaint with the staff, it was explained that sometimes the cleaning personnel do not notice this because the toilet seat is down when the room is cleaned. |

Its avery bad experience because the hotel was dirty and the food was cold and the staff tryied to gharge more money for stuff the we didnt even get. The jacuzzi was dirty and when we ask why the said that the can ghance the water every day. And if that hotel is 5 star hotel I am afraid to see a 3 star. I will never go again there. |

The staff was kind. The bed wasn't double as we booked and was not comfortable at all. Comparing to other 5star hotels, it shouldn't be called a 5 star hotel having this kind of beds. The hotel was full of middle and old age people. |

Well, really good hotel for low price - the beach, the food etc... , confortable and cosy for business trips, very helpful staff Wifi internet is not available on 6th floor; internet is expensive as all extra services, like minibar, safety deposit box, etc. |

It was close to the night life - walking distance Very expensive when the corridors was really dirty and STINkS! When the breakfast-dining area needs urgently renovation, or when the use of the safe costs 3,5 Euros (on top) as well as 5E/hour the Internet access.... |

The staff was excellent and very helpful all over the hotel. Good choices of food for dinner and lunch, breakfast not so bad, (almost everything is pork. they should make more beef) Music should be played by the beach, or by the pool. Entertainment activites by pool or beach should be arranged by staff (like entertainment team) as i have seen in many other resorts. gets people more active. Shuold cook more beef products rather than eveyrthing being pork - wireless interenet should be free, or flat fee for day. - room safe box should be free - a/c problems |

It is very close to beach and to the center of the town. The roomades are shouting in the corridors from 7.30 in the morning. No way to get a good sleep in this hotel |

качество и изысканность блюд по меню во время ужинов, разнообразие шведского стола в дни тематических буфет ужинов.Внимательные и обходительные официанты во время ужинов. Реновация номеров( к сожалению, номера очень устарели - сантехника, мебель, отделка), что несоответсвует звездности.Плохое обсуживание во время завтраков. Посторонние люди около бассейна и на лежаках отеля на пляже. |
