Изменить полностью концепцию предоставления услуг, уровень обслуживания, кухню. Привести в порядок постельные принадлежности и обновить декор, а также ввести более опрятную одежду для персонала. Сейчас отель не соответствует уровню 5*.

высококвалифицированный персонал, близость моря, удобная парковка, достаточное кол-во магазинов рядом с отелем, разнообразное меню на ""шведском столе".

На ужине разделить шведский стол и ресторан территориально,чтобы можно было чаще приглашать своих друзей и артистов. Для солидной публики - это дополнительное удобство

The outside area is very pleasant although the beach could be cleaner.

The staff were not consistent, some were excellent, others could barely speak English and had no understanding of basic service requirements. A particularly annoying occurrence was the fact that certain people reserved sunbeds in the middle of the night so even at 7am there were hardly any left. I went down early to swim on two occasions and we even spotted a pool attendant putting out towels on behalf of someone else before towels were available. Sad but true!

Amazing seaview from our room, great location, perfectly clean, staff could be better, a bit unexperienced, excellent breakfast. We took half board and had lunch outdoors, under the umbrellas, beautiful place and great food.

Matresses and carpets could use some updating, staff could also use a little training.

The Location of the hotel is nice, right by the sea and near the city center. Breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly.

The room furniture and carpeting is old, the TV was not working properly.

They serve a very good breakfast and have a nice garden.

The hotel looks old fashioned, it's like back to the early 90's, But for Cypriot standards it's a nice and good holiday hotel.

I liked the beach setting and I liked the evening entertainment. the food was fairly good.

everything was amazing well organized clean comfortable in all ways, room was great with everything you need, furniture new and the design also.

Functional and clean. Food was very good. Good fitness/leisure centre.

Did not offer many of the finishing touches expected of a 5* hotel. Items in the room were broken and double rooms were supplied with twin beds.

The location of the hotel and the view from the sea side rooms. Also the staff was excellent.

There was a consistent annoying noise probably coming from the ventilation's system control room.
