Aquamare Beach Hotel & Spa

Eniten pidin kauniista merimaisemasta, joka avautui parvekkeelta. Auringonottoa varten hotelli oli erinomainen, meri ja uima-allas palveluineen käden ulottuvilla. Piha-alue oli viihtyisä. Hotelliaamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja aamupalalla munia paistanut henkilö oli erinomainen asiakaspalvelija. Vastaanottohenkilöstö oli palveluhaluista. Kulkuyhteydet Pafoksen satamaan olivat hyvät. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ajatellen golf-harrastustamme. Lähistöllä oli paljon erilaisia ravintoloita.

Huone oli hivenen kulunut, eikä vastannut mielestäni neljän tähden luokitusta. Pyyhkeet olivat nähneet parhaat päivänsä. En pidä kokolattiamatoista missään hotellissa. Henkilöstön palvelualttius oli osittain niukasti keskitasoa. Hotellin sijainti lähempänä Pafoksen satamaa olisi ollut mieluisampi. Sijainti ei tullut riittävästi ilmi nettiesittelyssä mm. kartta näytti sijainnin väärin.

Great sea view room

This is not a "4 star" hotel and not suitable for business travellers (the purpose of my trip). Room service was limited (essential for business travellers) and the resturant was closed during periods in which it should have been open (i.e hotel brochures were incorrect with regards to opening times etc..), therefore I had to leave the hotel to find a local resturant.This is definately more of a 2-3 star beach hotel suitable for famillies. One positive point i would add is that the staff on reception were friendly/helpful.

A type of many middle class holiday resorts. Pool and beach is nice but can not swim easily. Breakfast is good. Room is OK but nothing special.

We booked a non-smoking room, but assigned to the smoking room (but they said they "upgraded" our room facing a pool (a bit of no-privacy since people can see our room from pool side). Our safety box was broken and could not be fixed. (finally fixed). The receptionist was like a fast-food staff, and should be better trained.

I loved the seaview!!!! balcony in front of every room means sunbathing for everyone, without need to stay at the pool only and I loved the SPA and the extremly friendly girls there!

we like the decoration, cleaness and of course the service.

The spa is excellent, the hotel is ok but nothing special.

The hotel was well apointed with good facilities and just far away enough from the main tourist area to be quiet and relaxing.

We stayed for B.B., and found the breakfast organisation lacking. Things were very disorganised. There was no help with anything. Drinks were the other side of the room to the food etc. The variety was not great. A member of staff to instruct the catering staff to help customers with their needs would had been a good idea.

Προσωπικό εξαιρετικά λίγο για τις ανάγκες του ξενοδοχείου. Παρόλο που το ξενοδοχείο ήταν υπερπλήρες, εντούτοις το προσωπικό είναι απολύτως ανεπαρκές ώστε να εξυπηρετήσει τις ανάγκες των πελατών. α) απαιτείται πρόσληψη επιπλέον προσωπικού β) δεν λειτουργούσαν οι διευκολύνσεις εξωτερικών χώρων (π.χ. Pool bar κ.λ.π) , υπηρεσίες δωματίου. Δεν υπήρχαν στα δωμάτια παντόφλες μιας χρήσης. Το χρηματοκιβώτιο δωματίου δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά. γ) υπήρχε συνεχής φασαρία και οχλαγωγία από βαριά μηχανήματα, παρακείμενης οικοδομής ανεγυρώμενου ξενοδοχείου. Τα κρεβάτια δεν ήταν καθόλου ξεκούραστα και περιείχαν νάϊλον κάτω από το στρώμα καθιστώντας το άβολο στον ύπνο.

Το φαγητό αντί mix grill μας έφερα mix fried και το κρέας ήταν χαλασμένο.

θα πρέπει να υπάρχει περισσότερο ελληνοφωνο προσωπικό. κάποιος που δεν γνωρίζει αγγλικά δυσκολεύεται να συνεννοηθεί με το προσωπικό.
