People were allowed to smoke in the restaurant that was outside of the hotel. This was not the fault of the hotel but it would be much nicer if the smokers were located in a different part of the hotel. After all, this is a sunshine holiday so most guests wanted to sit outside.

Sea view room looked traight to the construction site.

Very nice location, lovely swimming pools but the rocky beach just in front of the hotel is also nice. The 20 min of walk all along the sea to the harbour is worthy of leaving the car parked at the hotel (for free).

At least the reception staff were helpfully at all time and they know to smile.

The hotel advertises about the luxury,comfort and detail to the quest satisfaction. I did not find one of these points. Headed indoor pool: I ask about it the first day I went and I pleased them to check the tampeture cause was not so warm.Maria from the reception she said that will try her best and when I asked about a maintanance to check it the answer was that they left already . How is possible 4 stars hotel with no maintanance!! I asked a bath robe and they asked me for 15 euros per day as rental or 20 euros and I can buy it!!! . I couldn't believe it. The second day at the break fast we walk through the restaurant and nobody came near to us from the staff to say at least a Happy New Year and even on the table we sat it was only two set of covers and I took from another table on my Own the other two that we heeded ( customer service!!!) After breakfast we went with my kids to the indoor pool but it was not enough warm again and I went to spa to mention it,it was a Cypriot lady there and when I asked her help the answer was "you can go to mentio this to the person at the gym " she did not bother even to help me. Finally I stop to try to get what I wanted . P.S. The first aid box in the indoor pool is better to change due full of dust and rust. The room I stayed it was 102 Thanks.

- Manager was always grumpy running around - Steambath, jaccousi and one Sauna box out of order, indoor pool small and water pump often not working - Spa area with extra indoor pool and hammam access only against extra money - Gym closed on Sunday - don't come for a Spa/Gym weekend ! - Beach access full of rocks - carefull with your feet and with children - building site for another hotel next door - noise - Complaints don't bear fruits

Comfy bedroom, big bed, excellent shower, good breakfast, nice pool, plenty of sunbeds, great location with it's own beach, excellent gym and sauna , spa looked luxurious but just didn't get chance to use it, pleasant and helpful staff. Beautiful sunset . Nice pina colardas in garden bar. Excellent bus service just outside hotel for 1 x euro- excellent value & great service. Nice walk along the sea path inot paphos town.

Hotel being built next door so spoils the beautiful view. Beach quite tricky & difficult to get into sea. Spa quite expensive. Jacuzzi not working. Bar bit dark & dingy. Restaurant looked a bit stuffy and quiet - didn;t use it at all.

As I have read in recent reviews, the biggest problem was the noise from the building site which is next to the hotel.

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The decor in the room dated back to the 70's. We were on a special offer and were dissapointed so would hate to think of our reaction if we were paying rack rate. The bathroom was very poorly fitted and the amenities spartan. The towels were thin and old. The room itself was poorly decorated and quite unwelcoming. The spa was a disaster with many of the amenities not operational.

I liked many things about the hotel, but I was most impressed by its gym, that is better equipped than a few fitness centres I visited. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool/beach area is nice with sunny and shady bits as well.

Kids splash pool was great, buffet breakfast was superb

food was every day same. room was too small no adapter at reception available. ( only for sale...) room made up at 14h only. ( we left the room at 9h in the morning) plastic cover under bedsheets not very modern look.

Nice location , bus stop outside and frequent service to harbour area, spotlessly clean and staff friendly, breakfast choice was very good .

We went for a couple of days to meet friends who were on holiday in Paphos , we booked here so we could use spa facilities , but gym , sauna , steam room , jacuzzi were all out of order and even the treatment we wanted at the spa was unavailalable , not impressed we would have been as well going to a cheaper hotel with no spa and saving some money . Price of coffee & slice of cake in bar was extortionate !

It is a very nice hotel in a great location .

The building site right next door is very noisy 7.30 in the morning is not a time a wont to be woken up on holiday

The hotel location although 3km from Paphos was ideal as the bus services were very regular and stopped at the hotel.

Staff at breakfast time need to pay more attention to replacing items that have been used i.e. cups, glasses and cutlery on tables, instead of just clearing the tables after breakfast has been taken.

small hotel comparing to others, for me it is an advantage, less people-less noisy.

most of the tourist in this hotel - old couples. beach is not good - small, rocks in the water and on the beach. spa is very expensive, even more expensive than in Moscow. hotel is too expensive also, for these money we expected higher quality.

It was a nice hotel suitable for family with reasonable prices and very clean.

The mini bar was empty without even one bottle of water. There were no restaurants inside the hotel for food.

It is in a very quiet area, is clean and new building. Very nice view to the sea view rooms. Quiet environment and big rooms. Very close to the port

Very few staff to the morning coffee- not good service poor service outside to the pool they charge the room service 2,8 euro a little bit expensive option for what they offer

Nice hotel. Situated outside the main town of Paphos which would not be ideal I you wanted easy access to the nightlife. Great sea front location. Expensive drinks, but Cyprus is now expensive generally. Easy free car parking and only 20 mins from airport. I would recommend this hotel, despite the construction site next door, you don't notice it.

Everything.. Hidden jewel. Great for a couple or single. Really wished I had stay a few days extra.. Brilliant value. Should keep this one a real secret....
