Good location and view The location is NOT “300 meters from the turquoise waters of Fig Tree Bay” but 2500 meters. There was no TV which is something that is not considered luxury nowadays. They require €20 deposit for the A/C control. They installed the A/C compressors on balcony floor living no space for the guests. The room A/C was very noisy. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. Morning and evening entertainment is way too loud for those who wish to sleep. The water (shower) temperature fluctuated a lot - when it was hot it was boiling, could be dangerous for small children.

Very good breakfast. Nice location, near the bus station (15 min on foot for protaras center). Out of 4 days, the room was only cleaned 3 times. We booked a studio for 3 and breakfast for 2 and they gave us a room for two.. Recepion was good but the night recepionist wasnt always there.

old (vétuste) bilding and furniture, the doors of wardrobe were not properly fixed and when the cars is passing the "hotel" the doors are banging (like a ghost!!!). I was deeply disappointed!

Room was very clean the first time to enter in it. The room was on the side of the road which was terribly noisy even until the morning hours. The garden around the pool is in terrible condition. We couldn't walk on the grass. On the grass around the pool we observed a 'condom'. It was there for 2 days. We suggested at the reception that they should check the pool areas before people use it. Still the condom was there. We kept calling at the reception while we were at the pool and finally they send somebody to pick it up. During our stay they only pick up the trash from the bins of the room.

We booked an apartment for three, got one with see view and kitchen box. Need to pay a €20 deposit for the A/C remote controls (€10 each, got it back when checked out). Although a little far from the beach, the hotel is close to the main road and easy to find even if you come to Protaras for the first time. And there is a Lidl store a couple of blocks down the road, too :)

We had a lovely time, the hotel was clean tidy and well worth the money. But the bar was well over priced. Needless to say we didnt drink there much... The bar was far too expensive. 3-25 for a plastic cup of beer and 4-85 for a vodka and coke!!

καποια ατομα του προσωπικου,πχ γκαρσονια στο μπαρ εξω ηταν πολυ προθυμα δεν ανανεωθηκε καθολου απο την τελευταια φορα που ειχαμε ξαναρθει(πριν απο 4 χρονια) αντιθετα ο χρονος φαινεται στην εικονα του ξενοδοχειου.επισης θα επρεπε καποιοι απο το προσωπικο να ειναι πιο κατατοπισμενοι για τα καθηκοντα τους.

δεν υπαρχει τv στα δωματια. τα κρεβατακια στη πισινα δεν ηταν καλα. οι πισινεσ δεν ηταν και τοσο καθαρεσ. το δωματιο μασ ηταν κοντα στο δρομο και ειχε παρα πολυ φασαρια.

δεν υπήρχε τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο και το aircondition δεν δούλευε. επίσης το δωμάτιο έβλεπε στο δρόμο και είχε πολλή φασαρία.
