Silver Apartments are 4 contemporary city apartments in the business center of Limassol and only 600m from the breach. The first two apartments were fully renovated and available for short term rental in 2015 and the last two, built and ready in 2020. Being in the Tourist Industry since 1998 and being a World Traveler myself, I am trying my best to provide my guests with a memorable experience when they book to stay in one of my properties. If you are visiting for Holiday, Work, Business, Honeymoon, Alone or with Family and Friends, my properties are equipped to make your trip enjoyable and very comfortable. I will personally welcome you with the keys and give you all the information you need about your trip, then I will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. With every single check-in, I learn how to get better!

Silver 3 is our biggest apartment. A two level layout of 150m2, modern, bright, luxurious, minimalistic and most important sparkling clean! On level one there is a big living room with 2 big L-shaped sofas and a smart TV (Netflix included) Fully equipped kitchen, dining area/ sitting area and 2 balconies On level two you will find the master bedroom with a balcony, the 2nd bedroom, the meeting room and the bathroom. Silver 3 is located on the 1st floor. Street parking always available right outside the gate

Neighborhood info

Quiet local neighborhood but a few steps away from various restaurants, take aways, coffee shops, convenient stores, pharmacies but most important, the beach is 600m away.
