Well, there's quite nice beach, good location, if you want to stay in Protaras and spend some time on the beach. I asked about a smell in rooms (I've heard before about old-furniture smell), so when we have come there was a strong smell of perfume:) So strong, that we had to open all the windows! Plus, smell of old furniture (but not so strong). There's neither a hairdryer nor iron, the bathrooms are quite small and dark, snd the shower very old-designed. Yes - air conditioner is extra price - we were wondered about it a lot! |

The position is superb as it is right next to Fig Tree Bay and we had wonderful views from our apartment. The apartment was well equiped for a self catering holiday and was clean and spacious.The staff were friendly and helpful and we cant wait to go back. The bathrooms are quite small and dark but perfectly acceptable as you wont be spending too much time in there [ hopefully ! ] I also thought the air conditioning is an expensive extra and we chose not to have it because of the cost but really we needed it as it was 32 degrees on some days. |

primarily the main attraction for us is the location.The rooms are quite comfortable and its walking distance to whatever prwtaras has to offer makes it quite attractive for future w/e breaks |

it was a very good bargain meaning value for money, hotel rooms were spacious and location 100 m from one of the nicest seas in protaras. more than i expected from a 3 star hotel. |

My stay at the hotel was really very pleasant.The rooms are very comfortable, they do daily cleaning.The swimming pool I liked best.The cocktails are fantastic. |

Hôtel très bien situé et très propre.Rapport qualité prix excellent pour la période en question(vacances de la Toussaint).Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine, très bien entretenue.Ménage quotidien,serviettes de toilette en quantité largement suffisante. |

Bardzo atrakcyjna cena, pokoje to mini apartamenty: sypialnia oraz duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym, bardzo ładny widok z balkonu na palmy Sprzątaczka codziennie czymś nieprzyjemnym pryskała w pokoju. |

Buena ubicación. Que para acceder a una habitación con aire acondicionado habia que pagar extra en circunstancias que en Chipre en el verano no se pude estar en una habitación sin aire acondicionado lo que hace que el precio inicial ofrecido difiera un poco de lo que finalmente uno esperaba. |
