Avlida Hotel

Nothing, on two occassions waited 35 minutes for a cup of coffee ordered in the lounge. No hot water in shower, hot water would shut off after approx. 30 seconds.

Service was poor, communiction with staff was poor, breakfast - a number of times, no coffee, no juice. If i had not paid in advance would of left the hotel after second day.

It was old and dirty. It is surely not a 4 stars hotel

Great location, great hotel. No complaints! Ideal for any age couples or families.

The hotel was too old, the bedrooms were smelling from the air condition.This is very unhealthful. The receptionist were very unhelpfull and rude without any smile to their guest. The one of the two elevators were out of order and the most of the quest were using the stairs. The beds were very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed from the hotel and especially from the staff at the reception.

Η διαμονή ήταν απάισια.Δεν πέρασα χειρότερη εμπειρία μέχρι τώρα.Ακαθαρσίες παντού,χάλια ο χώρος της πισίνας,λερωμένα κρεβατάκια με περιττώματα πουλιών,δεν είχε νερό για μισή μέρα και δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο,το κάθισμα στην λεκάνη της τουαλέτας είχε ξεβιδωθεί,δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό που να μπορείς να συνεννοηθείς ούτε στα αγγλικά ούτε στα ελληνικά .

Καθαριότητα,εκπαίδευση προσωπικού,εκπαίδευση διοίκησης για σωστό χειρισμό παραπόνων
