Very friendly staff, beautiful location and relaxing atmosphere. Our room (standard one) had a nice view at the pool. The room was quite basic. Our flight was in the evening and we could use our room the entire day without extra charges, that was really nice.

During the breakfast they had problem with gas, so no eggs E.D. available.

The massage. Expensive and not good.. I paid for 30 minutes and i got massage for10 minutes.

Wonderful Valentine's dinner and clean very comfy bedroom.

Bar prices rather expensive. 28 euros for 2 brandies and soda!!!

Hospilatity

You can totally relax there and forget everything. I want to go back for sure.

They offered us a wine that totally destroyed our dinner. We complained and they did not charge. Cava restaurant Has beautiful atmosphere and will be good to have a person that knows about wine and advice customers.

The food in the restaurant during the dinner was very expensive. aswell as spa procedures.

The room was very comfortable and clean. the design and architecture was excellent. its location is perfect for relaxation and country walks.

I have to say that there must have been something wrong with the beds, it is the second time i am visiting the hotel, but this time i got a rash all over my body, most likely from the bed, I think it is generally a lovely hotel, but i am very disappointed with my incident.

Great place to unwind.If you are looking for a quiet place with ambience, good spa facilities, that's it. We booked 2 nights and added another 4,we didn't want to leave., Good breakfeast,a la carte cooked ,fresh orange juice and more.

The prices for food and drinks are a bit high as well the spa treatments.But good restaurants in Miliou and Polis.

The waitresses were extremely welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. There was a lovely relaxed feel to the place. A beautiful setting .

Being eco-friendly myself, I felt that the staff needed to be educated in understanding about the towels, that didn't need changing every day, as water was or could be a problem. We did alert the 'desk' to that. I felt that you, as Booking.com could have given written/typed directions to the hotel, as the map wasn't good in the production.

The big spa section was well designed but not well attended by staff..we wondered around not knowing what to do and where to go for a while and nobody was around to help..

Location and surrounding is great. Very good breakfast.

Quality of dinner (a la carte) was not acceptable. No offer for help with the luggage on arrival. Pretty limited breakfast hours 8-10 a.m. And 10.00 a.m. means 10.00 with no tolerance - buffet closed! Lighting on stairways partly not working - safety issue.

I like the fact it is a quiet resort as a solo traveller this is less daunting.

We liked that it was away from other hotels or noisy resorts, a little off the beaten track in a popular holiday destination (Cyprus, Pafos/Polis locale), but close enough to the beach resorts to enjoy their facilities.

We didn't like the fact that pool loungers were fully "booked" by towels by 7am, yet unoccupied until 10am and some not until the afternoon. We didn't like that we reported defects with lights in our rooms on day 1 which were not fixed by the time we left. We didn't like that, despite there being a long list of spa "rules & regulations" to ensure that the stay there was relaxing, I.E. guests being required to act quietly between the hours of 10pm & 8am, that this was not enforced. If we'd wanted a noisy hotel we would have booked somewhere a lot cheaper. We didn't like that the pathway lighting near our room was defective and the path overgrown by a tree, resulting in my sustaining a leg injury when returning to the room in the dark. We didn't like that the hotel had a bare minimum first aid kit I.E. iodine spray and a crepe bandage - virtually useless. We didn't like that, having made a complaint about the lighting/path and having been injured, nothing was done to rectify the situation or to make any reparations. We didn't like that smoking was permitted in the eating areas.

вода в душе и спа чуть теплая. как объяснили ( по секрету ) сотрудники , вода подогревается от солнечных батарей, а дни стояли пасмурные и .... кризис и экономия на всем. завтраки стали совсем скудные , видимо костлявая рука кризиса дотянулась и сюда... цены в баре стали , так же не совсем адекватные . чай- 9 евро... , джин-тоник- 18 евро...

Очень понравились тишина, уединение, спокойная обстановка, быстрое и приятное обслуживание во время завтраков. Особенно хотим поблагодарить Ларису, работницу СПА, за доброе отношение.

Нам бы хотелось, чтобы в СПА отсутствует информация о составе воды, ее температуре и возможном времени нахождения в бассейне.В самой купальне нет часов. Очень сложно определять время пребывания в воде.
