Azia Blue at Azia Resort  

We liked the swimming pool. We also liked the quick room service. We liked that we asked for a double bed, there was no double bed available but a maid came in the room and sorted out the two beds so that they look like one huge double bed.

No beach. The sea is too wild. Room service food not that good. From our room on the top floor, we could see the jacuzzis of the third and second floor, which was embarrasing when there were honeymooners being romantic in their jacuzzis. Room service is charged 2,50 per person. Room service breakfast was not as rich. On booking.com it was written that the room we booked was either with two single beds or with one double bed. We specifically asked for a double bed but they said there were no available.

Location and scenery, gardens, swimming pool and most of all the private jacuzzi on our sea view balcony. Hotel staff were very polite and we were easily accommodated on our request for late check out (up to 5 pm).

Although comfortable, the room furniture were not the standard of a five star hotel. The tv was an old crt tv, not lcd. Some parts of the hotel need urgent repairs. Our veranda railing was almost ready to fall off. During breakfast, items at the buffet were running out and were not replaced. Only one hotel restaurant was available for meals at any time. Not much choice for a meal.

The whole hotel but especially the rooms(floors with fitted carpets) were very poored decorated, old fashioned design, needs rennovation urgently. Moreover, due to bad cleaning of the drains of the balcony our room was floated and we had to leave the hotel at 5.30 in the morning. Of course they offered us another room but since we were awake and packed our things we preffered to leave.

The hotel staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The hotel is very child friendly so excellent for families with children. Indoor swimming pool is a plus for off season stays. Spa treatments given by experienced and friendly staff.

The Azia Blue rooms were basic but clean. The website gives the impression of a super luxury hotel although I would rate the hotel as four star rather than five.

Pool was very good. Staff on the whole were very friendly, but ruined by one incident right at the end.

Right at the end, after we had checked out, we were told we couldn't leave until stay our minibar was visually checked. After just having paid nearly 400 euros or a two day stay we were angry with the suggestion that we might have robbed the minibar, which is what we felt like. This is not the way to treat guests if you want them to come back. Added to this we were in hurry to get a flight.

I loved the whole hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean and with amazing views! The food is excellent as the service offered by all the staff. Also they have beautiful gardens and a lovely spa, ideal for a weekend break!

The English porters were the only good thing about this hotel.

The hotel claimed to be 5 star,personally me and my wife would rate it at 3 at best. The lobby at the reception was nice but the remainder of the hotel was dated and not clean. The gardens were not kept to a 5 star standard the cigarrete trays full of sand at the lift entrances were not emptied for the two days we stayed. The pool bar looked nice but you couldnt get near this and most people were smoking whilst in the water which we found disguisting. The hotel prices for drinks are premium and the food was poor. 5.25 Euros for a budweiser and 4.5 for a soft drink. The hotel beach is a shared beach and is a good walk down a path you then you have to climb over rocks to access. The rooms were dated and the beds are terrible you can feel every spring.Our bed was two singles pushed together.On our last day we checked out expecting to leave our cases in the luggage room and use the facilities( We had a late flight ) only to be told we had to vacate the premises by midday because the hotel had a function on leaving us with nowhere to stay.After many complaints we were sent to another hotel by taxi to use the facilities. We paid a high price for this hotel and were utterly disapointed as were many other people we spoke with i would not recomend this place to my worst enemy.

The grounds and swimming pool at the hotel were excellent. The staff were very polite, efficient and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was very good with something to suit all tastes. The variety of food offered at breakfast was exceptional! It did lack atmosphere in the evenings but not for want of trying, most of the guests seemed to go out. For us it was a most relaxing and pleasant stay. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well appointed although it was not new and in places was showing some ageing. This did not detract from the overall experience. The staff were truly international and all spoke excellent english.

πραγματικη απαγοητευση τα παντα ηταν χαλια. σε καμια περιπτωση δεν ηταν 5 αστερων. η πισινα γεματη μικυτεσ και μουχλα, γρασιδι, αμμο θαλασσασ. το δωματιο γεματο μυρμιγκια-μικρεσ κατσαριδεσ, ακομα και πανω στο κρεβατι. το ερμαρι φαγωμενο σε καθε ανοιγμα του ερμαριου εμεναν στο πατωμα λιωμενα απομιναρια ξυλου. οι φωτογραφιεσ στο ιντερνετ δεν εχουν καμια σχεση με την πραγματικοτητα. φτωχοτατο πρωινο. μια σκετη απαγοητευση

τα δωματια θελουν ανακαινιση. τα στρωματα ηταν παλια. ειχε παρα πολλη φασαρια στο δωματιο. ειχε μυρμηγκια στο μπανιο και στον διαδρομο εξω. χρειαζονται αλλαγεσ επειγοντωσ... δεν δικαιολογειτε η τιμη του δωματιου.
