Size of room and friendly recetion staff

Loud music played continuously around pool area and the hotel is a bit tired for 5*

The rooms in the 5-star Privilege Club wing, the lobby, the wonderful, huge pool

The 3-star regular rooms

The resort is beautiful and tastefully done. The main hotel building is set in the middle of lush gardens giving the impression of an East Asian retreat. Its location is ideal for those who want a romantic relaxing holiday away from the buzz of city life. However, it is also conveniently located at the main road where you can easily grab a bus to the busier part of town.

We wanted to change our room to a sea view but we felt that there was no cooperation from the staff and finally decided to keep our room. Other than that the staff was friendly, approachable and familiar. We were treated like family for the rest of the stay and that was nice. wi-fi in the rooms would be nice.

Just the pool. Nothing else to remind of a 5 star hotel.

μια περιπετεια αλλα κακη!!!!! τιποτα απολυτωσ δεν μασ αρεσε

σε όλους τους τομείς. ακάθαρτο ξενοδοχείο, φτωχό servise , δεν έχουν ιδέα τι θα πεί customer service , η πολιτική του σε σχέση με το spa είναι terrible. το λουλλουδικό στους ορόφους θυμίζει κακόγουστο και απεριποίητο ξεφρενο αμπέλι. δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων. μονο η καινούργια πτέρυγα άξίζει.

de menukaart in het restaurant was wel erg klein, en weinig keuze un wijn
