la receptionist del hotel era incredibilmente utile; lo staff dello spa era molto amichevole ed accomodante sarebbe buono se nello spa ci fosserò le bottigliette (shampoo / sapone / crema idratante) che si trovano in stanza |

Our room was very clean and the staff also prepared the bed for the night. The bathroom was equipped with sufficient shampoos of good quality. The hotel was located in a nice area; it was quiet but the area of Paphos with all its restaurants and bars could be reached within 10 - 15 minutes by car. Breakfast buffet was very simple and did not change during our whole stay of 8 days. Especially when staying longe like we did, it would be good to have a bigger or changing selection. Pool could be cleaner. The water was very much ok but it showed a lot of dark marks (i.e. fungus?!) between the tiles. Beach next to the hotel was not good at all.The hotel seems to be very pricey. |

Het personeel staat met stip op 1. Geweldig!!! Een kamermeisje dat zo trots was, dat ze ons diverse kamers heeft laten zien; een medewerkster van de Spa die me naar een winkel verwees die me een bikini-haakje kon leveren terwijl ze zelf badmode verkoopt; het bedienend personeel dat altijd tijd voor een praatje, maar zeker ook een grapje heeft. Geweldig!! Niet tevreden is een groot woord. Wij reizen erg veel en het aantal sterren is wat aan de hoge kant. Er was bijv. niet iemand die je koffers aannam bij aankomst (maar als je het vraagt, zijn ze daartoe zeker bereid); er bleek een kluisje te zijn op de kamer, maar we hadden geen sleutel ontvangen bij inchecken (kregen we later: geen probleem) en zo nog wat meer kleine dingen. |

I ipiresies pou prosferi kai i exipiretisi mas san pelates, itan sigoura oxi 5 asteron. 3-4 stars to prosopiko sto reception, breakfast kai ipodoxi pou den exi!!! Episis den exi ikanopiitiko parking. Otan pigame emis, tin epomeni ixe dexiosi gamou kai den vrikame parkig. Imastan sto autokinito 30min kai epsaxname. (5stars?!) |
