Bay View Hotel Apartments

1. Very friendly, helpful, hospitable people. 2. Beautiful garden with amazing diversity of plants/flowers/aromas. I loved the decoration of the garden as well. Very sweet and cosy. 3. Nicely prepared apartments with needed appliances.

1. Our studio shared internal door to another room, thus it was very noisy when the big family was waking up and started talking/getting ready. The good thing, we were out almost all of the time, so it did not bother a lot.

Very lovely apartments, well looked after, clean rooms, good self catering facilities, close to the beach, decent size pool, quiet. Ideal for families.

Staff barely understand English, caused a bit of communication problems.

We liked the location which was very rural, but only ten minutes walk from the centre of Polis. Our apartment was on two floors with a reasonable sized sitting room, dining area and kitchenette on the ground floor and a good sized bedroom with balcony and bathroom on the upper floor. The accommodation had a bar area with swimming pool and volley ball court. Apartments more suited to families in our view but well suited to couples. The apartments also had some nice gardens.

That air conditioning was extra on arrival. I don't mind this if I am informed at time of booking In this it was not stated as such on the booking form

the environnement of the hotel is really relaxing. the weather wasn't good enough for us to enjoy the swimming-pool facilities but we definatly would like to give it a try in summer.

We had problems in the moment to pay with the staaff, due to she wanted to paid us the breakfast, which was included in the reservation.

the apartment was spendid...on the top floor(second) with a great veranda and stunning view over the bay...so romantic/quiet and relaxing......the girl who worked there from the Far east was such a good worker and was always cheerful.It was only 5 minutes at most down the sea and although you are on the outskits of Polis it takes 15-20 minute walk and there were a host of great eating houses

there was nothing amiss with this place........will visit again if they will have us...

Clean place, fair prices, big meal with a lot of different things.

Wifi isn't free but you've to pay for it. No dinner or lunch options during low season.

замечательный отель в тихом месте, с уютным двориком, утопающим в цветах. хозяева и работники отеля - прекрасные, доброжелательные люди, всегда готовые помочь. у нас был двухуровневый номер с полностью оснащённой кухней. также мы активно использовали барбекю-зону во дворе отеля. неизменно чистый бассейн. отель подходит для тех, кто ищет покоя и тишины. море в 50 метрах, пляж дикий, каменистый, но погуляв немного, можно выбрать подходящее место для купания. полис в 10 минутах ходьбы.

всё было бы идеально, если б не одна сумасшедшая птица, живущая в прибрежных кустах, которая всегда начинала свой сольный концерт в четыре утра и будила всех остальных поющих птиц и меня :)

Trés beau jardin avec piscine , proximité de la mer (100m). Hotel trés bien adapté pour les familles.

Une porte communicante (fermée) avec l'appartement voisin rendait l' insonorisation moyenne ce qui nous a valu le plaisir d'entendre la télé du voisin .

Sehr freundliches Personal, hübscher Garten/hübsche Anlage mit Palmen, tollen Blumenbeeten, entspannte Atmosphäre, Nähe zum Strand, Ruhe, die sympathische Stadt Polis

Sehr reduzierte Einrichtung (Küche, Möbel etc.), kleines Zimmer, wenig Privatsphäre (Terrasse wie ein Präsentierteller).

sehr gemütliche und ruhige Anlage. Es hat eine sehr schöne Poolanlage, es wird auf Flair und Harmonie geachtet. Einen schönen Kinderspielplatz gibt es auch und viel Rasen zum Ballspielen. Freundliches Personal. Appartement sind hell und großzügig.

Der direkte Zugang zum Meer (keine 3Min.) könnte besser ausgebaut sein. Es ist ein fast eingewachsener Feldweg.

Ottima sistemazione in contesto tranquillo vicinissimo al mare anche se per noi non era la metà del viaggio. Accogliente è colazione super con cose fatte in casa e spremuta vera di arance altro che succhi fatti con le bustine. Bellissima immagine dello staff asiatico che lavora assieme alla titolare che ti fa pensare di stare in Thailandia al mare in mezzo alle palme.

Чисто, тихо, дешево, рядом море и дикий природный пляж. Близко дешевый супермаркет.

подходит для любителей покоя и уединения да еще и по цене недорого. находится в стороне от города - пешком идти около 15-20 минут. до ресторанов еще дальше. двухэтажные апартаменты с кухней. посуда есть. плита электрическая и холодильник. тряпки дают, губку для мытья и средство придется купить в супермаркете. муравьишки есть, но похоже это и в других местах так. окно выходит в сад, есть балкончик, увитый зеленью. зимой бассейн закрыт. море совсем близко (5 минут). неизвестно только купаются в этом месте или нет. вода мутновата, потому что берег песчаный.

lieu propice au repos, au calme, loin de la ville. Beau jardin ensoleillé, bien entretenu, bonne cuisine, bons petits-déjeuners de produits faits maison. Bons restaurants au village.

- The personel was polite and helpfull. The outdoor spaces were very tidy and clean. There was peace and quiet throughout our stay. Nice facilities

No proper english/greek speaking staff, our room was freezing and no hot water at all, nobody at the reception most of the time and no way to contact them,lots of mosquitos

our fridge was not wirking, toilet seat brokenand some lights in room were not working but as we stayed only 1 night did not complain. Did not realise payment had not been taken from bank account.
