Small, friendly and charming, this 2-star hotel close to Mackenzie Beach offers a good standard of accommodation at excellent value-for-money.

The Cactus Hotel is conveniently located 200 metres from the sea and 2 kilometres from the city centre, meaning you can easily discover all that this part of Cyprus has to offer. This property offers beautifully decorated guest rooms that have been stylishly furnished with a host of contemporary amenities to ensure you a comfortable and pleasant stay. The Hotel is basic and the staff helpful and all spoke good English. Useful location, 5 minute walk to the local fish restaurants, and beach. The Hotel has a smallish swimming pool (no complaints) lovely for a quick dip & sun-bathing. For a short inexpensive stay, I recommend the Cactus, you won't get the frills of a large Hotel, but who cares, when even breakfast was adequate.

Bring your own shampoo and liquid soap, or buy in the local minimarket. There wasn't a minibar in the room which is a must in all hot locations - I suggest that the Hotel up their price to provide a minibar or at least rent-out minibars to guests that want them.

They do not have a gym or spa like in the description. The hairdryed did
not work. The hot water and shower was not great. Its quite a walk from
the center and I picked it only because it said it had a gym which it
didnt. Staff didnt really care about all the things that were wrong with
the room. Generally the hotel is run down and the other ones in the area
for the same price looked much nicer.

Sono rimasta un pò delusa dalla camera perche mi sspettavo una sistemazione migliore..... visto il prezzo delle camere a Cipro. Dopo ho soggiornato in altri alberghi e ho potuto fare il confronto.

nassolutamente nulla.

sporcizia, mancanza di servizi anche più elemetari, organizzazione. per motivi di orario seri, abbiamo chiesto di anticipare la colazione di solo 7 minuti rispetto all'orario: non è stato possibile. la prima sera, stanco del viaggio, ho fatto una birra al bar: non avevano nenache delle semplici patatine in busta per accompagnare il drink. e' assolutamente impensabile.

Dicht bij het vliegveld en heel vriendelijke medewerkers

Beetje simpel hotel. Het ernaast gelegen San Remo is veel beter en goedkoper (en hebben we dan ook geboekt voor de nacht voor onze terugvlucht)
