Callisto Holiday Village

This is the worst hotel I stayed through Booking.com. The reviews were not reflected the reality at all: very shavy, cheap,(but they sharge the same price as 4 stars) dirty place, the service was very bad and rude. Even they asked to pay the airconditioning (it was mistake but the switch was not on until 10PM). This hotel should not be listed on the booking.com site.

when checked in, we were given only one room key, remote controls of aircondioning and TV. The room was cheply made in a bangarow type. We tried to put on the airconditioning, which was not functioning. We opened windows and moscuito came in. In the eveing, it was too hot, we finally called the reception and Emily tald that we should pay for airconditioning(?

The location was wonderful (on the shore!) and the hotel compound offered lots of privacy. The staff was very helpful.

Incredible pools, gardens, beach, architecture

Excellent location. Friendly staff, generally. Good choice in supermarket.

Lack of information on arrival about trolleys. Having requested late check out one month in advance, we were only given 3 hours notice to vacate the hotel by 12 noon. Reception staff very little accommodating. Consequently had to check into another hotel for the remainder of the day and evening.

Καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους, ήσυχο περιβάλλον, καλή εξυπηρέτηση, χρήση ελληνικής(τοπικής)γλώσσας από το προσωπικό, χώρος στάθμευσης.

Δυνατότητα πρόσβασης στο διαδίκτυο σε όλους τους χώρους της ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας και στα δωμάτια, είτε αυτό είναι wireless είτε dial up.

τα πάντα ήταν ωραία. είναι πολύ λειτουργικό ξενοδοχείο και βοηθητικό για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά.

Πρέπει να υπάρχει ναυαγοσώστης στην πισίνα γιατί είναι τόσο μεγάλη και ο κόσμος ήταν τόσος πολλής. τα παιδιά σε ξεγελούν στο δευτερόλεπτο. ιδίως τα πολύ μικρά παιδιά όπως είχαμε εμείς, το οποίο είναι μόλις 2 ετών.
