Callisto Holiday Village  

Callisto has a big pool and nice accomodation. What we liked the most is the location on the beach.

Everything was a bit massive. We had an appartment close to the restaurant and until late it was noisy and from early in the morning as well. Also a carpenter started his work at 7.30 in the morning. The gym was very poor with old materials and the spa/sauna was closed. The breakfast was poor as well.

Nice and simpel. Good value for the money.

The room with the garden views from the patio were very relaxing

That the room was not ready until 15.20 when ckeck in was 14.00 and me and my son had are luggage with us and was not offered as much a as complementary drink to pass the time also The long walk to the room as i was all with my little boy and found it very tiring to get the luggage to the room

Nothing, except the location which is close to other resorts and beaches.

This is definitely not a 4 stars Hotel, and definitely not worth the 135 Euros /night. I've been in other hotels in Agia Napa 3 times cheaper, 3 stars but much better service. Here are few highlights: Room service is done one day over two!! The room furniture must be at least 15years old, the tv remote control is supposed to be grey color but it became "brown" full of dirt after being used for several years, the tv is a 10 years old, the toilet equipments are not fully functional, there's no shampoo, only a hand-wash gel to be used for both hand-wash and showering. When you request room service, they just open the door of your room and enter without even knocking (so good luck if you're not dressed), No business Center, luggage Storage is an open room with no control. This is 2 stars hotel.

jfyi: two first days during stay in winter time were wet and cold in the room. It takes time to heat the room.

удобная мини-кухня, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи.

огромное количество народа!!! It is a lot of people!!! вокруг бассейна лежаки стоят в три ряда, между рядами нет проходов. получается, что ноги одних лежат на голове у других людей! бассейн кишит людьми! мы такого скопления людей еще не встречали ни разу! естественно, в ресторане также огромное количество людей! убирают в номере очень плохо. дверь в номер просела (видимо, уже давно), сверху была щель, а внизу очень плотно примыкала к полу. тихо открыть ее не удавалось, скрип раздавался на всю округу. унитаз смывался только с 10 раза. надо было раз 7-10 нажать на кнопку "слив". пляж песок в перемежку с валунами. мы, пробыв в этом отеле более двух недель, решили уехать в другой, и ни разу не пожалели об этом. мы отдыхать в таких условиях не можем!

уютная и ухоженная территория, красивые сады, дружелюбие по отношению к детям.

Не понравились туалетные комнаты в номерах. Слабая вентиляция, неудобная штора ванной, нет фена, требует ремонта.

Det er et flott hotell i fine og rolige omgivelser rett på stranden.

Bella posizione direttamente sul mare, fuori dal caotico centro di Ayia Napa che però è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata o con I mezzi pubblici. Molto gradevole la struttura a piccoli blocchi di spaziosi miniappartamenti. Staff gentile e disponibile.

L'arredamento delle camere e dei bagni è decisamente vecchiotto, ancorché ben tenuto. L'assortimento del buffet per la prima colazione è complessivamente abbondante ma con nettissima prevalenza di piatti salati rispetto ai dolci (forse a causa dell'altrettanto netta prevalenza di ospiti provenienti dal Centro/Nord Europa). Due giorni alla settimana non viene effettuata la pulizia delle stanze.
