The apartment was large and very well fitted. The kitchen had a dishwasher and washing machine. It was well maintained and very clean. I needed a gluten free diet and did not have any problems with breakfast or the evening meal as the chef explained which dishes were gluten free. He got G.F. rolls and cereals and made a G.F. dessert specially every evening. This made our weeks stay stress free.

We stayed at 405 Executive Suite Sea View which was the best and biggest suite we ve ever stayed at. The room was more than 120 sq. M. and seemed liked a Fully Furnitured 2 Bedroom Roof Floor Flat. It had 4 bathrooms, 2 sea view balconys, 2 big lcd TVs....and was very clean. It worth it 100% its value. We will stay there again soon!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms very clean. Spa facilities excellent. Really good gym. Some evening entertainment would have been nice. Needs a themed resturant (eg Italian) to attract clients and guests into the resort in the evenings as there are few alternative dining facilities within walking distance. Lacked atmosphere.

For such a new hotel the tv did not work and the fridge made noises. This was reported to reception but the repair man was disinterested in effecfing a repair. Worse still the bannister was falling off the wall - reported this to reception who said that they knew. However no signage, no repair, no interest again. An accident waiting to happren especially given the fact that there is a distinct shortage of elevators/lifts to people and number of floors. The breakfast was one of the worst we had in Cyrpus. The hotel may be newish and clean but it is also spartan and sound travels. Not good if you want a quiet night. Think Butlins and you have the idea of what this place is all about. Luckily we only stayed one night but my sympathy to anyone who has to stay longer.

The suite was very spacious, perfectly clean with a gorgeous sea view. The staff was helpful and at long last greek speaking! We enjoyed our day at sauna and jacuzzi facilities which was free of charge. The breakfast was good and for me as vegetarian quite varied. There could be more playing activities for kids, there are some but not so many. And it could be nice if there was some evening program because it happened to rain in the evenings during our stay so we couldn't go out and just watched tv which we could do at home

The first impression of subdued luxury. The first impression of the hotel was of an up market establishment, but this was soon put into perspective. The main criticism was the lack of sound proofing in both the room and the lobby, where hordes of energetic children were running around screaming. The menu for dinner looked good, and when we went in the restaurant the expectation was of a good dining experience with pleasant surroundings, but this was shattered by the food arriving. It was awful.

The hotel is quite new, so there isn't much to say about damaged rooms etc. Our room was a double standard with inland view. It was indeed standard, but we were really impressed with the bathroom facilities! The staff was helpful with the booking procedure (I had a problem with my credit card info). Everything went smoothly with that, which is a big plus! The breakfast was nice (though the variety was restricted). Value for money = tick I do recommend the hotel if you are people easily satisfied and not too demanding.. Even though the room was clean and had a modern design, it lacked in terms of romance. It was quite cold as there were no carpets or something that could make it feel a little warmer. The breakfast restaurant was a bit messy and unorganized, but the food was generally okay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, though not very well-trained. I expected a bit more on that. I may sound annoying, but the restaurant's windows weren't that clean..

I thought that this was an excellent resort with good efficient staff. I also liked this resort because of the sheer volume of space around the hotel and pool area and beach area which made this an excellent break. The rooms was also excellent value. My only negative is that the bar shut early and we felt a bit rushed to finish our drinks in the late evening - however at least this stopped me getting an hangover !

The hotel wasnt comfortable at all. The reason is that the hotel was either designed to be hostile to clients or the designer never been to another hotel in his life. An ideal setup to shoot a horror movie. Do u remember "the shining" with Jack Nicolson? :)

The hotel is one of the few hotels in Cyprus that offers suits with more than one bedrooms especially for a traveller with a family of young children. what I hate the most there that no enough staff to help you very limited personnel ! Also The furniture is not clean , and some of the pictures don't reflect the real nature and size of the room which is usual !
