Capo Bay Hotel  

The decoration of the hotel is very nice . The hotel is next to the beach and has very nice bar and restaurant next to the sea.

Everything was of a very good standard, The cleanlines of the rooms, the staff and the decor were both very well presented, The food was very good in 2 of the restaurants we ate in and the breakfast included was excellent. Overall a good quality 4*.....if you want a luxury feel without mega 5* prices, this is your place! The swimming pools, the beach outside, all ideal for a lovely break away, and the free amenities in the spa were very nice too!

The prices were a tad on the expensive side in the hotel. Although the food was very good, 26 euros for lunch / dinner buffet, nearly 9 euros for a cocktail and 5 euros for a freddo cappuchino..........that being said outside the hotel were very reasonably priced drinks and restaurants, so at least you did have the choice. We took advantage of the spa treatments, 50 euros for a pedicure, the staff were very friendly but not sure about the quality of their work!-that wasn't a great experience I'm, afraid to say

I liked the hotel facilities and the beach next to it and service was aceptable in most cases

I did not like the fact that the counter staff were not able to give me any infiormation about anything outside their hotel, about places to visit.

Capo Bay is a glorious resort hotel...but the reception staff were poor. On our first day of being there we enquired about daily excursions...the staff were not informative at all...they didn,t advise us of the pin up board with flyers around the corner from reception, that were available...fortunately we accidentally found out from a tour guide who helped us tremendously, but in the meantime we missed out on the day trip to Cairo...On our last day we did not receive an 'early morning wake-up"call....fortunately we woke on time to catch our flight...we did discuss this with the male receptionist as we departed.I know you are a busy hotel, but those girls on reception would not hold a position in a hotel in Australia, I,m sorry to say.Regards Nicky Bonnefin

We liked the location and the room was nice. Hotel staff was friendly but a little slow.

The wait staff are slow and the breakfast buffet is unorganized. The area is kind of tacky and touristy. We should have done more research before coming to this area. This is not the fault of the hotel. Capo Bay is super clean and we had a great room.

Amazing location on the main strip in Protaras, fabulous beach and pool. Make sure you dine or have drink in Guru lounge, great!

Didn't get Internet in my room, wifi doesnt reach it!!

Facilities were excellent and customer service exceptional. Add to it it's beachside location and combined, we had the best hotel experience that we can remember for a long time!

Nice sea view and the hotel's beach has nice light sand and transparent water

It is pretentious and over priced, for an old hotel that was simply remodeled to look as new and cool. Staff is not professional - did not provide useful help to find the hotel (we were driving), we asked for a double bed we didn't have one and their solution (to make the 2 beds as one by house keeping) was never done (every day they would forget). Loud music from the beach bar until 1 AM doesn't let people to sleep. Pictures are smartly taken to look as luxurious hotel when it is just an average hotel.

Good set-up, plenty of areas to relax. Easter program provided, board games etc. free at reception. Excellent breakfast with good selection, nearby the main restaurant strip with lot's of restaurants to choose from.

First evening a laud wedding party in the premises, otherwise relatively peaceful

δε βρήκα χώρο στάθμευσης στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου και στον υπόγειο χώρο κάποιος στάθμευσε στην έξοδο και την έκλεισε. στο πρόγευμα η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν κακή και τα μαχαιροπήρουνα λερωμένα. ακόμα δεν υπήρχε ένα ποτήρι καθαρό να πιούμε νερό ή χυμό.
