Capo Bay Hotel  

I liked the hotel facilities and the beach next to it and service was aceptable in most cases

I did not like the fact that the counter staff were not able to give me any infiormation about anything outside their hotel, about places to visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful The location and the beach was ok

The bar and restaurant are pretty expensive

Facilities were excellent and customer service exceptional. Add to it it's beachside location and combined, we had the best hotel experience that we can remember for a long time!

The decoration of the hotel is very nice . The hotel is next to the beach and has very nice bar and restaurant next to the sea.

Clean, fresh, beautiful facilities. Most of all, as a solo traveller, the staff were so nice to me, friendly but not overdoing it. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel appeared very nice but once checked in was diss appointing . The halls to our room 056 were bare and felt very unwelcoming.. Room was sparse but ok.. Restaurant was a bit like a school dining room and as for spar half facilities not open and after showers no hairdryers !!! We were looking for somewhere to ge married but this is now off the list :(

Great location! Next to the beach but also with 2 (+1 indoor) swimming pools for those who don't like the sea. As a local I know it's one of the best coves of Protaras. Very good service from the staff.

The hotel exceeded expectations - it was well run, with friendly coopertaive staff, delicious Cypriot food in the taverna, and the full range of high quality facilities. I had an excellent massage on an injured shoulder at the spa which really helped. I found the hotel to be very good value for money and I would definitely go back there when I visit again in a few years time.

Good set-up, plenty of areas to relax. Easter program provided, board games etc. free at reception. Excellent breakfast with good selection, nearby the main restaurant strip with lot's of restaurants to choose from.

First evening a laud wedding party in the premises, otherwise relatively peaceful

Everything was of a very good standard, The cleanlines of the rooms, the staff and the decor were both very well presented, The food was very good in 2 of the restaurants we ate in and the breakfast included was excellent. Overall a good quality 4*.....if you want a luxury feel without mega 5* prices, this is your place! The swimming pools, the beach outside, all ideal for a lovely break away, and the free amenities in the spa were very nice too!

The prices were a tad on the expensive side in the hotel. Although the food was very good, 26 euros for lunch / dinner buffet, nearly 9 euros for a cocktail and 5 euros for a freddo cappuchino..........that being said outside the hotel were very reasonably priced drinks and restaurants, so at least you did have the choice. We took advantage of the spa treatments, 50 euros for a pedicure, the staff were very friendly but not sure about the quality of their work!-that wasn't a great experience I'm, afraid to say

We liked the location and the room was nice. Hotel staff was friendly but a little slow.

The wait staff are slow and the breakfast buffet is unorganized. The area is kind of tacky and touristy. We should have done more research before coming to this area. This is not the fault of the hotel. Capo Bay is super clean and we had a great room.

It wasn't pretentious. Although we had a very short stay, we did not feel in any respects that we were not welcome, or out of our depth even with a young child. The hotel balances class and sophistication with practicality and homeliness very well.

Given the over all high standard of the hotel in all respects. We were most disappointed with the food and indeed value for money regarding the food. We had the meze and although the staff, and chefs were very very friendly and accommodating, our dining experience was just not as special as we thought it might have been? Further disappointed that our room was sub standard, Duplex Suite to our other friends room which was 2 doors up the corridor, and yet we were charged the same amount. We were also very disappointed that we were not able to upgrade to Half board very easily. We have never came across these difficulties in other 5 star complexes that we have stayed in.
