In the Marathasa Valley, on the slopes of Troodos Mountains, Casale Panayiotis is a complex of traditional houses which combine modern luxuries with traditional style. It features a spa center and elegant rooms overlooking the courtyard or the mountains. Individually furnished with Cypriot hand-crafted materials, each of the guest rooms are heated and air conditioned. A flat-screen TV with a DVD/CD player, safe, minibar and coffee maker are provided. Free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are stocked in the bathroom. Some rooms have a fireplace. Byzantino Restaurant prepares authentic traditional Cypriot dishes made with local ingredients. Each morning, the cafe at Casale Panayiotis serves a full English breakfast enriched with homemade jams, fresh fruit and herbal tea. An on-site wine bar and snack bar are also available. Guests can pamper themselves in the spa center, equipped with treatment rooms, sauna and steam room. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas of the property. A variety of byzantine churches, the monastery of St. John Lampadistis, as well as hiking trails and natural springs can be found within walking distance of Casale Panayiotis. The famous Kykko Monastery is around a 30 minute drive away. It is a 50 minute drive from the city of Nicosia and the city of Limassol. the room i stayed in had a fireplace, which made the atmosphere more romantic, rooms were clean and very modern, people were friendly, good service, the location of my room was excellent! overall very nice stay, was very satisfied! the spa could have been better (maybe add a jaccuzi and various bath treatments etc) because i as many others suffer from asthma so i cannot use the sauna and steam bath so very limited activities to do when it came to spa

The service is excellent. We got a room situated next to a cafe. When we'd complained we got a beautiful room which was located much more quite. Also the food was delicious with perfect waiters. The chance that you get a room not as quiet as the website occurs. So ask a room not down the main road if possible.

Was ok. We paid for the superior room with the fireplace instead we got a normal room. The tv received only 3 channels. In the morning the hot water ran out for the second person. We complained about the room and they ignored us.

Προσεγμένοι χώροι, άνετοι, πεντακάθαρο, εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπήγαινα. Χρειάζεται κι άλλο προσωπικό για να καλύπτει τις ανάγκες του bar και του lounge bar, μιας και στην περιοχή δεν υπάρχει άλλου είδους νυκτερινή ζωή.

Unfortunately our room ( number 20) had a air conditioner compressor right out side our window, spoiling our view. There is also a construction site right outside our room,again spoiling our view. So this added to the dissapointment of our visit. For 100 euro I expected to be getting one of the higher end rooms.

Άνετος ο συγκεκριμένος τύπος δωματίου (superior studio), καθαριότητα, ποιότητα υλικών, ήρεμο και χαλαρό περιβάλλον. Μέτριο έως φτωχό πρωινό, πολύ μικρή η αίθουσα του πρωινού και ανεπαρκής για όλους τους πελάτες ενός σαββατοκύριακου, η εξαιρετικά μεγάλη απόσταση για ορισμένους τύπος δωματίων από τον χώρο του πρωινού, οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου καθαρές μεν αλλά θα θέλαμε αλλαγή τους κάθε ημέρα.

Nice location. Very quiet at night. Trails start when you turn the key if your appartment. Nice and very affordable restaurant. Professional staff. Very spacious room. I had problems with the heating; too hot in the room. Furthermore, my appartment was a 7 minute walk to the restaurant where breakfast is served. Allright for me with the beautiful wheather, but probabky not very comfortabe on rainy days and in the midst of winter. Not all the rooms have this problem.

The hotel is nice as a whole 15€ per wifi for use wifi on the bedroom! The heaters dont work good. Reception close after 7 pm.
