The hotel was in a great location for both my business and for my leisure time. Situated just inside the city walls it's perfect for the evening wonder around the old city with a fantastic selection of restaurants nearby. It's also just a short walk to the crossing point into Turkish 'occupied' Nicosia. The staff were great, free wifi with a strong signal, great value breakfast and my room was spacious and clean with a balcony. Nothing to complain about.

This hotel is in the very centre, indeed as it's called. It's very clean, though not as boutique as you would think from the photos. But it was a nice stay and I would advise it to any business traveller.

Located in the old city (within the walls). Excecutive room 209 was spacious. Free Internet. Complementary coffee, tea, water, and cake. Room has a small fridge, a safe, a desk with 2 chairs, and 2 arm chairs. No parking. There is a public parking about a block away, but it is accessible via long stairways of about 35 steps. So if you have luggage, it will be very inconvenient. No electric outlet. You will need to go under desk and remove a appliance to plug in. King bed is 2 twins placed together. Toilet seat was broken/misaligned. No iron in room. Metal room key and key chain is bulky. They don't have electronic card-operated doors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (particularly to my 87-year old mother). The location was good, quiet but with restaurants, bus station and a taxi rank close by. Rooms were large, beds comfortable, and it had a bath. Heating was by an air-conditioning unit (needed because it was cold!) and was quick to heat the room. Would be lovely in the summer, marble floors would be cool. The restaurant was not open in the evenings. View from the window was of a wall - but who needs a view if the room is quiet!

The Hotel is ideally situated within the walls of the old city, and adjacent yo the main shopping areas. It is also a good location for exploring the history of Nicosia, and within easy walking distance of the pedestrian crossing point into Northern (Turkish controlled) Nicosia. Some late night noise from late opening clubs/bars near by.

Location: right in the centre of the city, near restaurants, shopping, cafe's, walking distance to borders of Northern Cyprus. Price of hotel reasonable For the centre of Nicosia. Breakfast in a very nice setting with open ceiling and vine tree on top. Room has hardly any amenities, very basic. LCD TV quite small. Limited number of acessible power outlets.

I booked a room with hairdrier and minibar. In my room there were neither hairdrier nor minibar. My friend in a room close to mine even killed a beatle inside his room. Reception staff didn't want to change the room and said is normal in every hotel !!! They just gave spray to him. They changed the room to him only the morning after when he complainted again. Rooms are stinky (coming from toilets). Breakfast very poor. King size bed unknown ( two beds put together that split easily. It is not value for money at all. With those money you usually stay in 4 star hotels in many European countries. Not going again there next business trip to Cyprus

nice room at the very top - we were upgraded to executive room as hotel was not booked completely and stayed for two nights. So we had a great stay and could leave windows open with no traffic noise. The hotel is situated at the rim of the old city with short distances to all the places you ought to see. Minor problem is that you have to use a public parking place nearby (10 hours for 5 Euro). We would recommend this place and will come again.

Our room, 101, was so noisy we could not sleep. there was a disco playing loud music until 2 am and it was right next door. The hotel should never let the rooms in this area. They were lovely old rooms but totally ruined by the noise.

Good value for money. This hotel has everything you need, a very good breakfast, extremely friendly staff, a good WiFi connexion in the room, which is rare in Greece, and comfortable beds. We had a huge balcony on the top floor overlooking the city. We checked out late and were given free soft drinks and no reproach from the reception staff. They provided us with maps and good advice on where to eat at night.

Great central location in Nicosia's old town. Close to shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are not luxurious - but then this is not a 5 star hotel. However my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Though I'd booked a single room I had a double bed and my request for a room with balcony was fulfilled. A good breakfast is served in a charming outdoor breakfast room. Which also serves as a restaurant at lunch times - though I did not get to eat there. There are some sweet restaurants a stone's throw from the hotel. Hippocrates - open lunch time only - where I had some delicious Greek salads. And Rimi - where I had a rather romantic al fresco dinner with myself dining on a lovely dish of stifado.
