Stuff was very friendly and very discreet, breakfast was excellent and the view magnificent! The bar had no music to enjoy a night cup!! |

The food and the staff at the Apollon restaurant and at the reception. Very cold inside pool. Insects in the bed- and bath-room. Unsufficient central heating, and miscommunication about its functionalities from some of the in-charge engineers. Opening hours of the pool and restaurants. |

Food was good and the location of the hotel excellent The tv Channels were not satisfactory. The ltv channel was very difficult to watch. Especially for the football matches. There were frequent pauses while watching. Also in the frape we ordered there was no ice cubes. |

Enfin à Chypre un excellent hôtel, merveilleusement situé et de capacité tout à fait correcte et non les hyperstructures qu'on voit partout.Le design de l'hôtel est superbe. Tout y est fait avec goût. |

Ο συνδιασμός θάλασσας βουνού είναι πάντα μαγευτικός. Οι εγκαταστάσεις και το design του ξενοδοχείου ήταν άψογα. Το προσωπικό στο reception, στο πρωινό όπως επίσης και στην ταβέρνα και pool bar ήταν πολύ καλό (φαντάζομαι ότι και στους υπόλοιπους χώρους το προσωπικό θα ήταν το ίδιο). Επίσης το ξενοδοχείο είναι ιδανικό για ήρεμες διακοπές και πλήρη ξεκούραση. Στο τομέα της καθαριότητας και της άμεσης ανταπόκρισης (στην σουίτα μας βρήκαμε λερωμένο φλιντζάνι και καθόλου καθαρά φλυντζάνια). Χρειάστηκε να ειδοποιήσουμε 2 φορές στο reception για να στείλουν κάποιον να το πάρει και να μας φέρει άλλα καθαρά. Επίσης δεν εφοδίαζαν το δωμάτιο σωστά με φακελάκια καφέ και καθαρά φλυντζάνια (έπρεπε πάλι να ειδοποιήσουμε το reception). Επίσης η έλλειψη φρούτων για αυτήν την κατηγορία ξενοδοχείου και ειδικά όταν πρόκειται για σουίτα είναι ανεπίτρεπτη. Όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν τέλεια!!!!!!!!!! |

Atmosfera rilassante, personale molto disponibile, ambiente piacevole Scarafaggi in camera - organizzazione continua di feste di nozze con conseguente limitazione della circolazione degli ospiti in ampie aree dell'hotel - ristorante gourmet carissimo e non rispondente alle promesse del menù |

la qualité de l'infrastructure, la disponibilité du personnel, l'amènagement du site les menus pas assez diversifiés, le restaurant gastronomique de qualité mais dont le prix est trop élevé et le temps interminable entre les plats ('un pianiste assomant). Kids menu trop gras et trop de frites, pas assez de légumes.. On aimerait plus de créativité et une offre plus large de salades. Offre du kids club pas assez actives; un DVD et du coloriage ne suffisent pas. |
