Stuff was very friendly and very discreet, breakfast was excellent and the view magnificent! The bar had no music to enjoy a night cup!! |

The food and the staff at the Apollon restaurant and at the reception. Very cold inside pool. Insects in the bed- and bath-room. Unsufficient central heating, and miscommunication about its functionalities from some of the in-charge engineers. Opening hours of the pool and restaurants. |

Food was good and the location of the hotel excellent The tv Channels were not satisfactory. The ltv channel was very difficult to watch. Especially for the football matches. There were frequent pauses while watching. Also in the frape we ordered there was no ice cubes. |

relaxed setting, easy village access the spa was a disaster, the steam room was not ready, the jacuzi turns off every 5 minutes, the water for the thee was luke warm instead of hot, their was noo key for the personal belongings, and the massages is overprced at Euro 100/50 min.,The the bill at the end was not correct, we got charged for things out of the mini bar which we've never used. |

The hotel was a perfect place for a restful 3 days - excellent staff and facilities - a lovely room - spacious outdoor areas and pool - a beautiful garden with lots of space for sunbathing etc. - the best hotel I have stayed in recently! |

la qualité de l'infrastructure, la disponibilité du personnel, l'amènagement du site les menus pas assez diversifiés, le restaurant gastronomique de qualité mais dont le prix est trop élevé et le temps interminable entre les plats ('un pianiste assomant). Kids menu trop gras et trop de frites, pas assez de légumes.. On aimerait plus de créativité et une offre plus large de salades. Offre du kids club pas assez actives; un DVD et du coloriage ne suffisent pas. |

Architektonisch sehr gelungene Anlage mit sehr schön angelegtem Pool; ruhig, obwohl Familien mit Kindern da waren; schöne Suiten; der Strand ist lang gezogen und natur belassen mit Stein und Sand vermischt, uns hat er gut gefallen, da ruhig und nicht überlaufen, für Kinder mag der Strand weniger geeignet sein Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht! Zimmerreinigung nur mittelmäßig bis schlecht (Schmutz an der Badewanne wurde 1 Woche nicht weg gemacht, dreckige Handtücher tagelang nicht gewechselt usw.), Personal größtenteils schlecht geschult (Defizite im Umgang mit den Gästen beim Essen; teilweise sogar unfreundlich), Preise für das gebotene Abendessen extrem überteuert |
