We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Impeccably tended to gardens, friendly and helpful service, and a lovely room. The welcome bottle of wine was also lovely. |

we like the beach and the gardens we were very disappointed from the room we paid a high price and get a poor room although the hotel was empty we have to pay 5 eru because we get inside the nini bar a bottle of water that we bring it was not written on the door.the waiter at the restaurant was not empaty to us we felt that the hotel dosnt like tourist from our country we are acouple 60 years old we were verry dissaponted and we dont recommend this hotel |

hotel provided beach towels daily We were given a double bed, when we asked for a twin room. There were no tea/coffee making facilties, and we couldn't get booked in for the treatments we wanted. We were also left with no towels at all one day. |

The breakfast was perfect!!! We loved spending our day at the pool and the pool bar and at the restaurant "Limani" of the hotel we had a wonderful and delicious dinner (mixed fish dish). Check the bill before you pay because three times they charged us a higher amount from that they supposed to charge us. |

every things in the hotel was amazing, staff, view, rooms, waw really its an excellent cholice for me and for my family specialy with kids club and the excellent staff . nothing every things was more than we immagin. |

The hotel has a good position because is near a city but not too much; the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had many choises with good food. The bathroom was not cleaned well, the beach was nice but kept evil with beds and umbrellas as old and broken should not be in a 5-star hotel with prices of a hotel 5 stars. The strange looks that only the sea in front of the hotel beach was still dirty. Lack of overall hotel suggestions for visits to places of interest or at the beautiful beaches. In addition, when we asked for information on roads or how to go from the Turkish side the staff was totally unprepared and failed to tell us absolutely nothing. |

Very nice hotel, good restaurants, very nice atmosphere, enough facilities for all guests so that nothing is overcrowded. Very friendly guest relations and care. |

Generally it is a good hotel for beach & relaxation. Unfortunately there are many restrictions: the swimming pool cannot be used after 6 pm, there is not internet in the room(you can access the internet from tv for about 11 EUR/day, but using this method you will not be able rto read your pop3/imap emails) and, unbelivable, putting things in the fridge minibar in the room could cost you abou 11 EUR/day(as it is written in the hotel directory). The laundry had not been changed during our stay. |

Beautiful views, relaxing and helpful, friendly staff. room looked dated, loud 'cabaret' could be heard in sea view rooms at night. |

The location was great and the buildings spacious. We really enjoyed the exec wing breakfast and the peace and quiet as the hotel was not busy. The beach was good too. We had clean linen everyday and the breakfast team were courteous and helpful everyday. Great italian restaurant opposite!! We had a junior suite. It was very disappointing in quality of fixtures and fittings. Worn carpet with cig burns. Faded cushions and headboard. Balcony furniture all scratch and a big hole in the parasol. Garden parasols worn out. A general tired look everywhere. Not 5* at all. Food quality apart from breakfast very average. Food and drinks prices were 5* levels and not justified. |

Location, Beach Access, Nice Rooms Several employees located at the check-in desk were a little rude. Not sure if this hotel should be rated as 5 star though. A little hard to find if you are a first time visitor to this area. |

Good sea view - clean room and bathroom- good breakfast buffet- good parking - most of staff polite and friendly - nicely maintained and clean gardens and swimming pool furniture in the bedroom looked a bit dated and carpet looked old- could do with a bit of updating. Some of men at reception and a waitor could have been more helpful |

Lovely coastal position, harbour and beaches. Very good spa. Lovely beach side cafes and veiws. Young inexperienced reception staff. Duplex family studio needs revamping, bit tatty and pigeons a problem/messy/noisy on balcony. Corridor outside very noisy/echoy...needs a free shuttle bus to Coral Bay town, only public bus, half hour wait. |

I was in gym,at the swimming pool,at SPA.Walking along the beach. I did not like the valentine's dinner.It was awful.We waited for hours to be serviced and the music was disgusting.We went for that dinner to have fun and great time dancing,and there was no music for dancing....And we had to pay 96 euros + drinks...NOT Acceptable |
