Το περιβάλλον, η διακόσμηση του ξενοδοχείου και τα εστιατόρια του.

Η θάλασσα μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο θα πρέπει να καθαριστεί. Επίσης θα ήταν πολύ καλό εαν αφαιρούνταν οι βράχοι/ πέτρες στην αρχή της θάλασσας για να είναι πιο εύκολη η πρόσβαση των λουομένων. Να αναφέρω ότι αυτό έγινε στις πλείστες παραλίες του Πρωταρά με θετικά αποτελέσματα αφου αξιοποιήθηκαν παραλίες που πριν δεν ήταν προσβάσιμες.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρετηση από το προσωπικό, ωραία θέα, πλούσιο πρόγευμα

Η πολυτέλεια του ξενοδοχείου, το μεγάλο κρεβάτι με τα μαλακά μαξιλάρια, οι παροχές στην πισίνα και παραλία και η ποικιλία του πρωινού.

Τιμή λίγο πιο χαμηλή, οι πόρτες ασφαλείας και οι πόρτες των δωματίων χαλούν την αισθητική του ξενοδοχείου

we like the beach and the gardens

we were very disappointed from the room we paid a high price and get a poor room although the hotel was empty we have to pay 5 eru because we get inside the nini bar a bottle of water that we bring it was not written on the door.the waiter at the restaurant was not empaty to us we felt that the hotel dosnt like tourist from our country we are acouple 60 years old we were verry dissaponted and we dont recommend this hotel

We were given a double bed, when we asked for a twin room. There were no tea/coffee making facilties, and we couldn't get booked in for the treatments we wanted. We were also left with no towels at all one day.

The breakfast was perfect!!! We loved spending our day at the pool and the pool bar and at the restaurant "Limani" of the hotel we had a wonderful and delicious dinner (mixed fish dish).

Check the bill before you pay because three times they charged us a higher amount from that they supposed to charge us.

Private seaside, service .excellent food

every things in the hotel was amazing, staff, view, rooms, waw really its an excellent cholice for me and for my family specialy with kids club and the excellent staff .

Very nice hotel, good restaurants, very nice atmosphere, enough facilities for all guests so that nothing is overcrowded. Very friendly guest relations and care.

Generally it is a good hotel for beach & relaxation. Unfortunately there are many restrictions: the swimming pool cannot be used after 6 pm, there is not internet in the room(you can access the internet from tv for about 11 EUR/day, but using this method you will not be able rto read your pop3/imap emails) and, unbelivable, putting things in the fridge minibar in the room could cost you abou 11 EUR/day(as it is written in the hotel directory). The laundry had not been changed during our stay.

The location was great and the buildings spacious. We really enjoyed the exec wing breakfast and the peace and quiet as the hotel was not busy. The beach was good too. We had clean linen everyday and the breakfast team were courteous and helpful everyday. Great italian restaurant opposite!!

We had a junior suite. It was very disappointing in quality of fixtures and fittings. Worn carpet with cig burns. Faded cushions and headboard. Balcony furniture all scratch and a big hole in the parasol. Garden parasols worn out. A general tired look everywhere. Not 5* at all. Food quality apart from breakfast very average. Food and drinks prices were 5* levels and not justified.
