la proximite de la plage Personnel desagrable, hotel sans aucun charme, seul hotel lors de notre sejour a chypres a avoir prelevé sur notre compte bancaire avant notre arrivee, le personnel vient "checker" le mini bar tous les matins alors que vous etes encore dans la chambre... et ne comprend pas lors qu on lui explique qu il derange... Pour resumer: une belle usine pour encaisser le pognon des touristes |

l'accueil excellent malgré la langue anglaise omniprésente, un vrai moment de détente, des petits resto sympas dans l'établissement, résultat, pas le courage de sortir du resort, le seul inconvénient ! |

Sitaution géographique et environnement par rapport a Paphos qui est une ville balnéaire bruyante sans véritable charme. Tranquilité et calme. Plage avec sable et infrastructures environantes correctes.Qualité des infrastructures / restauration, sports, spa, etc.......L'amabilité des personels. Les prix sont excessifs : 4 euros pour un café expresso ou 30 euros pour un dîner au restaurant self, celà est exagéré même si la qualité et le choix des prestations sont au rendez vous. Ceci étant les prix sont elevés a Chypre. |

La qualité du service est très bonne. La restauration l'est également. La situation de la piscine surplombant la plage et le port est très agréable et pratique. Le site est beau et bien entretenu. La moquette de la chambre mériterait d'être remplacée. Pour le reste, rien à dire! |

hotel de catégorie très moyenne. On trouve le même niveau à moitié prix, au même endroit. Connection internet: ne fonctionne pas avec VISTA. Personne pour assistance technique. |

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Impeccably tended to gardens, friendly and helpful service, and a lovely room. The welcome bottle of wine was also lovely. |

we like the beach and the gardens we were very disappointed from the room we paid a high price and get a poor room although the hotel was empty we have to pay 5 eru because we get inside the nini bar a bottle of water that we bring it was not written on the door.the waiter at the restaurant was not empaty to us we felt that the hotel dosnt like tourist from our country we are acouple 60 years old we were verry dissaponted and we dont recommend this hotel |

hotel provided beach towels daily We were given a double bed, when we asked for a twin room. There were no tea/coffee making facilties, and we couldn't get booked in for the treatments we wanted. We were also left with no towels at all one day. |

The breakfast was perfect!!! We loved spending our day at the pool and the pool bar and at the restaurant "Limani" of the hotel we had a wonderful and delicious dinner (mixed fish dish). Check the bill before you pay because three times they charged us a higher amount from that they supposed to charge us. |

The hotel has a good position because is near a city but not too much; the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had many choises with good food. The bathroom was not cleaned well, the beach was nice but kept evil with beds and umbrellas as old and broken should not be in a 5-star hotel with prices of a hotel 5 stars. The strange looks that only the sea in front of the hotel beach was still dirty. Lack of overall hotel suggestions for visits to places of interest or at the beautiful beaches. In addition, when we asked for information on roads or how to go from the Turkish side the staff was totally unprepared and failed to tell us absolutely nothing. |

Generally it is a good hotel for beach & relaxation. Unfortunately there are many restrictions: the swimming pool cannot be used after 6 pm, there is not internet in the room(you can access the internet from tv for about 11 EUR/day, but using this method you will not be able rto read your pop3/imap emails) and, unbelivable, putting things in the fridge minibar in the room could cost you abou 11 EUR/day(as it is written in the hotel directory). The laundry had not been changed during our stay. |

The location was great and the buildings spacious. We really enjoyed the exec wing breakfast and the peace and quiet as the hotel was not busy. The beach was good too. We had clean linen everyday and the breakfast team were courteous and helpful everyday. Great italian restaurant opposite!! We had a junior suite. It was very disappointing in quality of fixtures and fittings. Worn carpet with cig burns. Faded cushions and headboard. Balcony furniture all scratch and a big hole in the parasol. Garden parasols worn out. A general tired look everywhere. Not 5* at all. Food quality apart from breakfast very average. Food and drinks prices were 5* levels and not justified. |

Location, Beach Access, Nice Rooms Several employees located at the check-in desk were a little rude. Not sure if this hotel should be rated as 5 star though. A little hard to find if you are a first time visitor to this area. |
