Hotel location excellent, very friendly staff.

Not the fault of the hotel but, Music from bar across the road made the walls vibrate, noise from early morning revellers and cars all made for a restless night with little sleep.

The manager was very nice and helpful with helping us plan little trips, directions, restaurant and bar recommendations, location was in the heart of the old town, it was clean, I read reviews about it being noisy from the pub across the street but it wasn't really a problem it was only loud one night of entire week and ended around 1am...

It was really very good value for money, for the price of a single room elsewhere I had a whole appartment to myself, overlooking the pool. It was adequately furnished, with a little TV (I didnt use this), towels and hairdryer provided . Obviously I wasnt looking for luxury, but the room was adequately spacious with twin bed and a small open plan kitchen/lounge, fridge etc. Really excellent location, just round the corner from the sea, the harboor and the shops a short distance away, friendly and supportive staff, and although I didnt include breakfast this could be added with just 4 Euro. Overall, I rested and had a nice getaway.

It was clean but expect it to be quite basic. No little shampoos provided so I had to go out and buy some, but this is I think normal for appartments (not hotel rooms).

Location is perfect, right next to everything..

Very cheap. Hotel was in the centre of Paphos,, just 2min walk from the sea. There was a supermarket just round the corner. The staff was very helpful, explained you everything you needed to know. There a bus station very close, single ticket 1 euro only, but it's better to buy 1 day ticket for 3 euro and you can travel as many times as you want. There is a bus to/from the airport for 1 euro only one way! The taxi would cost you around 25euro. When you go to this bus station, there is an information desk, the ladies will explain you everything, which bus to take, timetable etc.

No free internet access in the hotel.

Excellent location just a block away from the sea, sufficent cooking facilities and a decent size 1 bed apt. Excellent price and value and would stay again..

Slightly dated but no worries at all..

Nothing in partic, you got a clean tidy room for a good price.

Marios (front desk) and all staff were very friendly and helpful! The self-catering room was extremely good value!

Clean rooms, every 2 days bed linen and towels change. Pots, glasses, plates, cups, etc..., oven available in kitchens. A supermarket is in 2 minutes walk (around the corner). To the city beach in 4 minutes walk. Many places to eat and drink around. Friendly staff. Free parking lot, but not very big. Good value for money and really nice place to stay with friends. Чистые комнаты, каждые 2 дня меняют постельное белье и полотенца. На кухнях есть кастрюли, стаканы, чашки, тарелки и пр., а так же маленькая духовка. До городского пляжа 4 минуты пешком. Вокруг много мест, где можно поесть и выпить. Дружелюбный персонал. Бесплатная, но не очень большая парковка. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество и отличное место, чтобы останавливаться в компании непритязательных друзей.

It might be too noisy in high season time: both in hotel and from nearest pubs (live music might be too loud for those who want to sleep in silence and for families with little children) Nearest place to swim (except pool in hotel) is concrete not big city beach. In winter in room was quite cool, but extra blankets available. An extra bed fits only for those, who are below 165cm :) Breakfast is the same and simple: Olives, white cheese, cheese, ham, eggs, beans, bacon, boiled eggs, sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, toast, cereal, milk, orange juice and terrible instant coffee. В высокий сезон, возможно, может быть слишком шумно. И в отеле и от близлежащих пабов (живая музыка м.б. слишком громкой для тех, кто хочет спать в тишине и для семей с маленькими детьми) Ближайшепе место для купания (кроме бассейна гостиницы) бетонный небольшой городской пляж. Зимой в комнате было довольно прохладно, но доступны дополнительные одеяла. Дополнительная кровать подходит только для тех, кто ростом 165 и ниже :) Завтрак однообразен и прост: оливки, брынза, сыр, ветчина, яйца, фасоль, бекон, вареные яйца, ветчина, помидоры, огурцы, тосты, хлопья, молоко, апельсиновый сок и ужасный растворимый кофе.

Exactly what it said on the box...Apartment was spacious and clean. All essential kitchen appliances were there. Extra pillows and blankets were available in the rooms. Towels changed regularly, essential during hot weather! Staff were all friendly and welcoming and bar had happy hour with cheap cocktails in the evening. Outside pool had sun loungers and also a little paddling pool. Excellent location to the main strip and beach...literally 2 minute walk. Overall, excellent value for money, location and friendliness.

Very cheap, good location, decent facilities for the price.

Obviously this is not the Ritz, which is why it was so cheap. Had a group of drunk brits abroad when I arrived but as soon as they cleared out it was fine.

Close to shops and the harbour.

Very good location next to the sea road and main bus stop on the seaside.Quiet big apartment with 3 balconies and free air condition.

In the bathroom a lot of ants.No microwave in the kitchen.Just small oven with two very slow cast iron heating rings.No free wifi.Not correct touristic information from reception (they told us to take seaside pathway to go to one city attraction which should take us in place in 7-8 minutes and in real it was walk for more than an hour and we loose too much time for walking instead of visit more places).Kitchen in the restaurant closed too early.You can have a dinner just until 8:30 pm.After you have to go to other places in the city.

Air-conditioner in room was free of charge. Breakfasts cost 4 euro extra per person were okay although coffee and sugary fruit drinks were terrible. Toast and eggs were fine.

We had to check in very late (after 12 midnight) due to flight times. Late night porter was awkward and wouldn't let us put our heavy backpacks in our apartment. He just made a situation we didn't need. And I suppose this lead us to our initial bad start which perhaps influences our thoughts on the place. Apartment was old, very old which made it look dirty, perhaps more dirty that it actually was, No cleaners on Thursday meant that our room wasn't cleaned as we checked in Wednesday (Thu 01:00) and checked out Friday. Cooker although worked okay was old, compact one that sites on the counter-top. Two rings embedded in an oven box. Not a normal size cooker and so cooking possibilities were very limited. Fridge made noise during night. Some washing-up liquid with a t-towel would be be a very simple inexpensive addition and would of let us clean the place and pots before use.

Value for money and happy hour on cocktails.
