Beds were comfortable.

Shower head broken. No shelf or anywhere to put shampoos etc in bathroom. Not enough toilet paper. Only one coat hanger in wardrobe. Small continental breakfast (not self service, so what you were given, you got and no more!) Should be advertised as continental breakfast, not breakfast. We were charged extra for air conditioning. Did not use safe so not sure if there was a charge for it. Big deep open and dangerous gap next to swimming pool where possibly jacussi was at one time. It was not cordoned off to safeguard anyone falling in to it. Sour and uninviting female receptionist who declared that she spoke little English, possibly to safeguard herself agains dealing with complaints! With a little bit of tender care this could be a good hotel especially for those who dont mind night-life noise as it is right in the centre. We would not recommend and would not return.

I had a good time at this hotel. Exellent, helpfull, very nice personal, good location, clean, cozy room. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I like the location, the staff was friendly. Quite a good room for the money paid. Overall - very good.

The breakfast was NOT good. But I don't want to say this as a bad aspect, rather as something they can improve.

The Hotel is nice, not far from the beach (5 min walking distance), and not far from the Square (around 10 min walking distance). It is clean hotel with fresh renovation, but the quality of the room equipment depend from guests which were sating in the room before you move in =) I wish this Nice hotel could choose their guests.

When we were booking the room it was indicated that the room is a studio for 3 persons, with twin bed and sofa, but actually when we came to the hotel it was the studio room for two people with twin bed, and when I remind that we are 3 person, they brought one camping bed, not a sofa... Guests in the hotel were young English people so it was quite noisy in the night. ..

I was not happy with the fact that the pictures on the web site did not match the room or hotel once we got there,our room had no hot water,the air conditioner was not working well so we were all hot and sweaty during the nights sleep.Also the fridge was not very clean,the room was not what we expected and was not at all comfortable to be in so we rushed getting ready just so we didn't have to spend much time in room.Over all I did not think it was worth the money I paid.

All the staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. I stay in many hotels and they were a credit to the business, they should be congratulated. Would stay again but would not recommend for young family, deffinately a place for teenagers

I appreciate this is a budget hotel but rooms need a good clean. The biggest problem was the bathrooms, the shower heads did not stay in position and bathrooms need upgrading. Realise you get lots of young people there and they are not always good at taking care with property but bathrooms need attention.

Отель на 3* не тянет, в лучем случае 2*.Тесный номер, плохо убирали. Из-за близости ночных клубов, центральной улицы, очень шумно ночью. Приходилось оставлять на ночь приоткрытым балкон, так как очень душно. Кондиционер 10евр. в сутки- это очень дорого для такого отеля, да и расположен он очень близко от кровати. Ни какого обещанного вида на средиземное море и впомине нет! Бар не работал, его разобрали при мне. Завтраки для 3* отвратительные! В меню входило: 2 тостера, 2 кусочка сыра, 2кусочка ветчины, 5 оливок, 2 маленьких круасана, пакетик растворимого кофе, пакетик сахара, кувшин с кипятком и малюсенький кувшинчик с молоком. Один раз добавили 3 кусочка помидора, а в другой раз яйцо! На сайте отеля очень симпатичные фото, но они не соответствуют действительности.

Не плохой отель за свои деньги.

Безусловно месторасположение,3-5мин до пляжа,через кафе расположен супермаркет,Нисси-авеню с магазинами,ресторанами,и прочими увеселительными заведениями.

Окна моего номера,выходили на проезжую часть(вид на море,которого не видно),справа модное кафе с очень громкой и навязчивой музыкой....заснуть практически не возможно...но это же Айянапа.....спать будете на пляже

Удобство местонахождения (легко добраться, в центре — вся инфраструктура и достопримечательности рядом, до прекрасного пляжа и яхт-бухты 3 минуты пешком), отношение персонала, чистота

Минус один, но большой — прямо под балконом танц-бар, работает до 2 часов ночи; тем, кто рано ложится и с тревожным сном не рекомендую; лично мне это не мешало )))

La gestion familiale de l'établissement est agréable et sympathique, de bons conseils. Ce qui fait oublier le négatif. Piscine agréable

Buona la posizione, a piedi si possono raggiungere sia locali in Ayia Napa Square sia la spiaggia, la fermata del Bus è fronte hotel. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile, le camere sono pulite. WI FI gratis e funzionante ma solo nella reception. Good position, walk distance from clubs in Ayia Napa Square and the beach, the bus stop is opposite the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. Free WI FI but only in the reception

L'aria condizionata non è inclusa e costa 10 euro al giorno, in alcune stanze il condizionatore è vecchio e senza telecomando. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni tre giorni. Ci sono poche prese elettriche, su tre stanze affittate in tutte i braccioli delle docce erano rotti, in una il bagno perdeva acqua e la serratura della porta era rotta. Mancano cassettiere ed armadi, c'è solo un attaccapanni. Attenzione! le due camere triple affitate in realtà erano doppie a cui è stata aggiunta una brandida, insistendo abbiamo ottenuto un terzo letto normale in un caso e una nuova stanza più grande nell'altro. la colazione era insufficiente e non era a buffet The air conditioning is not included and costs 10 euros a day, in some rooms the air conditioner is old and no remote control is available. приветливый персонал, чистота в номере, уборка номера ежедневно и тщаткльно, местрасположение отличное, 5 мин до моря, плюс в центре всех развлечений, ресторанов, клубов. персонал любезно заказал трансфер до аэропорта.

однообразные завтраки, кондиционер за отдельную плату -10 евро за ночь, грязный бассейн.

- δεν επιτρεποταν να ανεβει στο δωματιο 1 φιλη μου για να κανω 1 ντους οχι για να μεινει εκει - για το aircondition χρειαζοσουν extra χρηματα και ηταν πανακριβο.. καμια σχεση με αλλα ξενοδοχεια. επισης δεν ηταν ικανοποιητικο.. ξυπνησα ιδρωμενος - την πρωτη μερα δεν καταλαβα αν είχε περασει η καθαριστρια ή οχι - το ντουζ ηταν σπασμενο - για 2 νυχτες πληρωσα πανω απο 100 ευρω - δεν μπορουσα να κοιμηθω απο τον πολυ θορυβο ΔΕΝ ΘΑ ΞΑΝΑΠΑΩ

Месторасположение: лучше не придумаешь

Все понравилось,но учтите мы там только ночевали и были 4 дня. На долго и для отдыха я бы не рекомендовала этот отель

1. Construction next to the hotel, as a result, a dirty balcony and noise during the day. 2. Noisy at night because of the location. 3. No lift. 4. No blanket. 5. No wi-fi in the rooms.

It was a mess,the aircondition it was not working at all and they wanted 10euros more for this!!!!it's a bad choice. . .

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the rooms were very basic, they were clean.

Mosquito nets would be a huge improvement in the rooms, together with more sockets. Or at least change the single sockets on view to doubles.... There was only one single socket that was available for use,as the other was hidden behind the bed. More choice of breakfast. Not just assuming everyone eats cheese slices, ham and toast or pastries....Provide cereal, yoghurt and or fruit as an alternative.

I would suggest this hotel for young traveller and for night life this hotel is good. Located next to the clubs and bars and to the beach. But if u r planning to sleep before 3a.m. It will be noisy ;)

Very small parking and didn't have space for all cars...we parked in a different place and it was not very convenient...
